Prerequisites¶

• Deployment and activation of Guance are completed. If not, please refer to Guance Deployment Steps

Basic Information and Compatibility¶

Create Users¶

Log in to the backend management console http://df-management.dataflux.cn, using the administrator account with the password admin. The account is the administrator account you set up. The Deployment Plan of Guance does not provide a user registration feature. You need to log in to the "Guance Management Backend" and click on the "Users" menu to add users.

Create Workspace¶

After adding users, in the "Workspace List" menu of the "Guance Management Backend", click "Create Workspace" to create a workspace.

Add Workspace Members¶

After creating the workspace, click "View Members" to enter the corresponding workspace members page where you can view basic information about all members within that space.

In the workspace member list, click the "Add User" button in the top-right corner, select the newly added user, set their permissions, and then click "Confirm" to add a new user to this workspace.

Log in to Guance¶

Open the Guance access address, and you can log in with the created user to start using all Guance features in the corresponding workspace. For detailed usage instructions, please refer to the Guance Help Manual.
