Guance Account Cancellation Notice¶
[Special Note] Cancelling your Guance account is an irreversible operation. After cancellation:
- The account will no longer be able to log into the Guance workspace;
- The association between the account and the workspace will be cleared and cannot be recovered (even if you register and use Guance again with the same email or phone number);
- Any open tickets submitted by the account will be closed within 7 working days.
The Guance account cancellation terms (hereinafter referred to as "these terms") govern your voluntary cancellation of your Guance account (domestic domain: guance.com; international domain: www.guance.one) and all related matters.
Please ensure that you fully read, understand, and agree to all contents of these terms before submitting an account cancellation request. If you have any questions, please contact Guance customer service.
From the moment you submit your account cancellation request, Guance will check your application according to these terms and related prompts. For applications meeting the Guance account cancellation conditions, Guance will initiate the account cancellation process, which cannot be reversed. For those not meeting the Guance account cancellation conditions, Guance will notify you of the inspection results, and the account cancellation procedure will automatically terminate. You may reapply for account cancellation after completing the necessary conditions.
One, Conditions for Account Cancellation¶
1.1 The Guance account applying for cancellation does not own a workspace or is not the owner of any workspace.
1.2 The Guance account applying for cancellation has no outstanding tax payments or other obligations required by law that have not been fulfilled;
1.3 The Guance account applying for cancellation has not violated any legal provisions or agreements with Guance up to the date of the cancellation request, or has reached an agreement with Guance regarding relevant matters.
Two, Process for Account Cancellation¶
2.1 Self-Inspection by Customer
Before submitting an account cancellation request, please ensure that you meet all the conditions outlined in Section 1 of these terms. Otherwise, your account cancellation process may be terminated due to non-compliance with the cancellation conditions.
2.2 Cancellation Method
You can log in to the Guance console via your browser and proceed with account cancellation under [Account Management].
2.3 Account Inspection
Upon receiving the cancellation request, Guance will conduct a verification to ensure that your account meets the cancellation conditions.
- Verification Passed: For applications meeting Guance account cancellation conditions, Guance will initiate the account cancellation process.
Note: Guance conducts only preliminary and formal checks on your account cancellation conditions. Guance's determination that you meet the cancellation conditions does not imply substantial recognition or abandonment of rights legally or contractually entitled to Guance, nor does it mean that all account behaviors and responsibilities prior to the account cancellation are exempted or mitigated, including but not limited to any unpaid fees, pending payments, or uncollected taxes associated with the account to be canceled.
- Verification Not Passed: For applications not meeting Guance account cancellation conditions, the account cancellation process will automatically terminate and will not be restored automatically. If you wish to continue with the cancellation, you must resubmit the account cancellation request.
2.4 Account Cancellation
After the Guance account passes inspection, Guance will initiate the account cancellation process, deleting all data associated with your account on Guance, except where otherwise agreed upon in these terms or required by applicable laws or national administrative judicial enforcement authorities.
Three, Results of Account Cancellation¶
3.1 After account cancellation, you will no longer be able to use Guance services through this account, including but not limited to:
- Logging into Guance websites, apps, etc., using this account;
- Performing any other operations dependent on the permissions of this account;
- Retrieving account information, business data, etc., associated with this account;
- Other services provided by Guance.
3.2 Account cancellation does not exempt or mitigate any account behaviors and related responsibilities prior to the account cancellation.
3.3 As of the date of account cancellation, Guance has provided services in accordance with the bilateral contract and effective orders, without any breach of contract.
3.4 Guance will clear your data and will no longer have the right to collect, store, or use your personal information and other data, except where required by applicable laws or industry best practices, such as retaining invoice data for tax compliance or transaction information for e-commerce legal compliance.
3.5 Once an account is cancelled, it cannot be recovered. Please back up all business information and data under your account. Guance will not bear any responsibility for any data or information loss resulting from this.
Four, Others¶
4.1 These terms constitute an integral part of the Guance Commercial Plan Service Agreement. Matters not covered in these terms shall refer to the relevant provisions of the Guance Commercial Plan Service Agreement.
4.2 If your account cancellation causes any loss to Guance, you shall compensate for the losses caused to Guance and ensure that Guance, its directors, employees, agents, partners, and suppliers are free from any claims by third parties.
