Data Forwarding to Alibaba Cloud OSS

Configuration

  1. Select Alibaba Cloud OSS as the archive type, which means saving the matched data to this object storage;
  2. Choose the storage format;
  3. Select whether to encrypt storage;
  4. Choose the access type;
  5. Click "Confirm" to create successfully.
Note

If the archive type information changes, confirm that the configuration of the associated platform has been updated accordingly to avoid data writing failures due to configuration changes. The new configuration rules will take effect within 5 minutes.

Access Type

Role Authorization

  1. You need to use the external ID generated by Guance to configure role authorization;

  2. After configuring the authorization role in the Alibaba Cloud console, fill in the archive information, including the Alibaba Cloud account ID, OSS role name, region, and Bucket name;

  3. Fill in the storage path to facilitate further differentiation and location of the forwarded data;

  4. Click "Test Connection". If the above information meets the specifications, a successful connection test will be prompted. Click confirm to save the current rule.

If the test fails:

You need to confirm:

  • Whether the authorization is successful
  • Whether the account ID is correct
  • Whether the bucket exists
  • Whether the region is inconsistent

When this happens, proceed with caution:

  • If you click to regenerate the external ID, the historical ID will expire after 24 hours. Please replace it in the Alibaba Cloud console as soon as possible;

  • Do not click to generate the external ID multiple times. Proceed with caution!

Access Keys

  1. You need to configure the Guance RAM policy in Alibaba Cloud. After configuration, fill in the account information, input the Alibaba Cloud AK & SK, region, and Bucket name;

  2. Fill in the storage path to facilitate further differentiation and location of the forwarded data;

  3. Click "Test Connection". If the above information meets the specifications, a successful connection test will be prompted. Click confirm to save the current rule.

If the test fails:

You need to confirm:

  • Whether the account ID is correct
  • Whether the AK / SK exists
  • Whether the bucket exists
  • Whether the region is inconsistent

Account Authorization

  1. Alibaba Cloud provides cross-account authorization capabilities. You need to use the Guance exclusive account ID and add cross-account access authorization policies according to the configuration instructions;

  2. After configuration, select the region and input the bucket name;

  3. Fill in the storage path to facilitate further differentiation and location of the forwarded data;

  4. Click "Test Connection". If the above information meets the specifications, a successful connection test will be prompted. Click confirm to save the current rule.

If the test fails:

You need to confirm:

  • Whether the account ID is correct
  • Whether the bucket exists
  • Whether the region is inconsistent

About International Sites: The account ID for international sites is different from that of the China region. Please distinguish:

Folder Naming Standard
  1. Create a single folder or multi-level folders. A slash (/) indicates the creation of multi-level folders.
  2. The folder name cannot start or end with a slash (/).
  3. It cannot contain more than two adjacent slashes (/).
  4. Applicable to all access types.
Note
  • If the filled folder does not exist, the system will create it directly, and the data will still be stored in this path
  • Please change the storage path with caution. Due to a delay of about 5 minutes in updating the configuration, some data may still be forwarded to the original directory after the change.
