Account Settings¶

Guance Billing Center account is a separate account dedicated to managing the billing related generated by using Guance products, and a billing center account can be associated with multiple workspace billing. Account Settings includes data change, password modification, real-name authentication and cloud Account Settings.

Profile Changes¶

If the enterprise personnel change, it is necessary to update the account information in the Guance Billing Center. You can change the enterprise name, industry, region, enterprise introduction, contact name, email address and telephone number in Account Settings > Profile, where the email address and telephone number are the login accounts of the Billing Center, which need to be verified when changing the binding.

Change Mailbox¶

In the Guance Billing Center Account Settings > Profile > Change Tied Email, obtain and enter the verification code of the current mailbox, and click OK.

Enter the email address to be updated, then obtain and enter the verification code, and click OK to change the email address successfully.

Change Mobile Phone¶

In the Guance Billing Center Account Settings > Data > Change Your Cell Phone, obtain and enter the verification code of the current mobile phone, and click OK.

Enter the mobile phone number to be updated, then obtain and enter the verification code, and click OK to change the mobile phone successfully.

After changing the new email address or mobile phone number, you can use the new email address or mobile phone number to log in directly to the Billing Center.

Secure Password Modification¶

If you set a password when registering an account in the Billing Center, you can modify the password in Account Settings > Security Setting.

In Contract Management, you can see all the contracts.

Cloud Account¶

Cloud account is the cloud account information saved by cloud manufacturers after subscription, which can be used for settlement of new workspaces, that is, multiple workspaces can be settled with the same cloud account. Guance Billing Center supports AWS Account, Alibaba Cloud Account and Huawei Cloud Account. In Account Settings > Cloud Account, you can view the subscribed cloud account, and support binding workspace for the subscribed cloud account.
