Account Management¶
Guance Billing Center account is a dedicated account used to manage billing-related usage of Guance products. One billing center account can be associated with multiple workspace billings. Account management includes profile changes, password modifications, real-name verification, and cloud account management.
Profile Changes¶
If there are personnel changes within the enterprise that require updating the account information in the Guance Billing Center, you can go to Guance Billing Center Account Management > Profile to update the company name, industry, region, description, contact person’s name, email, and phone number. The email and phone number are the login credentials for the billing center, and when changing them, verification will be required.
Change Email¶
In Guance Billing Center Account Management > Profile > Change Email, obtain and enter the verification code from the current email, then click Confirm.
Enter the new email address you want to update, then obtain and input the verification code, and click confirm to successfully change the email.
Change Phone Number¶
In Guance Billing Center Account Management > Profile > Change Phone Number, obtain and input the verification code from the current phone number, then click Confirm.
Enter the new phone number you want to update, then obtain and input the verification code, and click Confirm to successfully change the phone number.
Login to Billing Center¶
After changing the new email or phone number, you can directly log in using the new email or phone number at Billing Center.
Secure Password Modification¶
If you set a password when registering an account in the billing center, you can modify it under Account Management > Security.
Real-Name Verification¶
If you wish to issue invoices through the billing center, you need to complete real-name verification under Account Management > Real-Name Verification before requesting invoices in Invoice Management.
Cloud Account Management¶
A cloud account is the cloud account information saved after subscribing via a cloud provider. It can be used for settlement of new workspaces, meaning multiple workspaces can use the same cloud account for settlement. Guance Billing Center supports Amazon cloud accounts and Alibaba Cloud accounts. In Account Management > Cloud Accounts, you can view already subscribed cloud accounts and bind them to workspaces.
