Reports¶
Set a cycle for reports. At the end of the cycle, the system automatically archives the full data from the previous cycle and generates static results. Archived report results are retained long-term and are not affected by changes to dashboard configurations. Additionally, the system supports scheduled queries of dashboard data within specific time ranges and pushing reports.
Create Report¶
Basic Information¶

Define the title of the archived report.

Select the dashboard from which to send the report.
- If the selected dashboard contains view variables, you can customize and modify the view variables of the dashboard in the report.

Choose whether to customize management permissions.

If kept off, it follows the default permissions of "Reports".

If checked, you can customize permission objects to manage the current report.

View variables modified here only apply to the generated report and do not affect the original default configuration of the dashboard.

If no view variables are defined in the dashboard, this option will not be displayed.
Schedule¶
Set the frequency for sending reports. Available cycle options include two types:

Send only once at the specified time.

Set the specific sending time for the report:

Send immediately

Custom time: select date, hour, minute, timezone

Select the chart time range queried in the final report:

Last specific number of minutes

Custom time range

Choose based on different time dimensions:

Daily: select to send every day, or specify specific dates

Weekly: select sending frequency based on weekly time dimension

Monthly: select to send every month, or specify specific months and dates

Set the specific sending time for the report based on hour, minute, timezone.

Based on different time dimensions, select the time interval for charts queried in the final report:

Last specific minutes/hours/days/weeks/months

Yesterday/Last week/Last month

Notification Method¶

Select the recipients for the current report, i.e., Notification Targets.

Enter the specific content to be displayed in subsequent emails for the report, and choose the image format for sharing the report, including dashboard screenshots or chart screenshots.

Email/DingTalk bot: By default, export dashboard content as an image. If the data query time range for the dashboard is too long, the data volume is too large, or it involves complex calculations, charts may appear blank.

WeCom bot: Supports choosing between default mode and image mode (in this mode, only images can be shared; text cannot be sent, and the image size should be limited to within 2MB).

Sharing Method¶

Choose whether the report sharing is public or not.

Public sharing: The short link of the publicly shared report can be opened directly.

Encrypted sharing: Requires setting a 4-8 character alphanumeric share code. After setting, the share code must be entered correctly to open the report link.

Select the validity period for the shared report, including 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, or permanently valid (default).
Manage Reports¶
On the report list page, you can view the report name, associated dashboard, report cycle, notification targets, and other information. You can manage scheduled reports through the following operations:

Search for report or dashboard names.

Filter based on dashboard, status, and report cycle.

Enable/disable a specific report.
-
Edit or delete the report.
