How Is Guance charged?¶
Guance supports a pay-as-you-go billing model, allowing you to start for free, purchase as needed, and pay based on usage, providing you with a ready-to-use, comprehensive cloud platform for observation.

You can go to Billing Center > Workspace Management > Bind Workspace to upgrade directly. If you need to change the currency for settlement after the upgrade, please contact your account manager.
How can the Commercial Plan under domestic sites switch from RMB settlement to US dollar settlement?¶

What Is the difference between Guance Billing Center account settlement and cloud account settlement?¶
- Guance Billing Center Account Settlement: Settle directly in the Guance Billing Center by recharging, which you can do through cash recharge, purchasing vouchers, or prepaid cards for the Guance Billing Center account;
- Cloud Account Settlement: Settle directly through the corresponding cloud vendor's account.
What Is arbitrary account settlement?¶
Arbitrary account settlement means that when you change the settlement method in the Guance Billing Center, you are not restricted by the registration site and can choose any cloud account for settlement. For example, if you register an account at the "CN1 (Hangzhou)" site, the default settlement method is Alibaba Cloud account settlement. However, if you have enabled arbitrary account settlement, you can choose "Amazon Cloud account settlement."

How to change the settlement method?¶
You can change the settlement method in the Guance Billing Center under Workspace Management by selecting Change Settlement Method.
How to recharge?¶

If you use the Guance Billing Center account for settlement, you can recharge the Guance Billing Center account through cash recharge, purchasing vouchers, or prepaid cards;

If you use a cloud account for settlement, you can recharge directly in the cloud account.

How to view billing details?¶
The Guance Billing Center provides billing info, including monthly bills, consumption details, income and expenditure details, voucher details, and prepaid card details management.

How to grant payment and Bill handling authority only to corporate financial personnel?¶
This will be linked with the Guance workspace > Member Management feature.
Go to Management > Roles > Add Role, name the role [Finance], and select the authority of [Payment Plan and Bill]:
When inviting target members, select the role given to this member at the time of joining:
If the target member is already in the current workspace, you can directly edit the role in Management > Member Management.
