Incident - DingTalk¶

Guance Incident integrates deeply with DingTalk, making it easy to send incident information to DingTalk, reply via DingTalk, and feed back to Guance.

Configuration¶

Prerequisites¶

Administrative permissions for both the "Guance Workspace" and the "DingTalk Open Platform" are required.

Install Func¶

It is recommended to activate the Guance Integration - Extensions - DataFlux Func (Automata): all prerequisites are automatically installed. Please proceed with the script installation.

If you are deploying Func yourself, refer to Self-deploying Func

It is recommended to deploy the GSE version.

Install Script¶

In the script market, install the corresponding collection script: "Guance Integration (Guance Incident-DingTalk)" (ID: integration_issue_dingtalk) to activate it.
