Tencent Cloud Billing

The cloud bill reflects the monthly consumption amount and resource details of users on Tencent Cloud, serving as a voucher for reconciliation between Tencent Cloud and users. Bill Introduction

Configuration

Install Func

It is recommended to enable Guance Integration - Extensions - Automata Func: All prerequisites will be automatically installed. Please proceed with script installation.

For manual deployment of Func, please refer to Manual Deployment Func

Enable Script

Tip: Prepare a Tencent Cloud AK that meets the requirements in advance (for simplicity, you can directly grant global read-only permission ReadOnlyAccess)

Enable Script via Managed Version

  1. Log in to the Guance console.
  2. Click the 【Integration】 menu and select 【Cloud Account Management】.
  3. Click 【Add Cloud Account】, select 【Tencent Cloud】, and fill in the required information. If cloud account information has been configured previously, skip this step.
  4. Click 【Test】. After a successful test, click 【Save】. If the test fails, check whether the related configuration information is correct and re-test.
  5. You can see the added cloud accounts in the 【Cloud Account Management】 list. Click the corresponding cloud account to enter the details page.
  6. Click the 【Integration】 button on the cloud account details page. Under the Not Installed list, find Tencent Cloud Billing, click the 【Install】 button, and follow the prompts to complete the installation.

Manually Enable Script

  1. Log in to the Func console, click 【Script Market】 to access the official script market, and search for guance_tencentcloud_billing_by_instance.

  2. After clicking 【Install】, enter the corresponding parameters: Tencent Cloud AK, Tencent Cloud account name.

    Tip: If retrieving sub-customer bills, set IS SUB CUSTOMER to True.

  3. Click 【Deploy and Run Script】. The system will automatically create a Startup script set and configure the corresponding startup script.

  4. After enabling, you can view the corresponding auto-trigger configuration under «Management / Auto Trigger Configuration». Click 【Execute】 to run immediately without waiting for scheduled timing. Wait a moment, then check the execution task records and corresponding logs.

Verification

  1. In «Management / Auto Trigger Configuration», confirm whether the corresponding task has an associated auto-trigger configuration. You can also check the task records and logs for any abnormalities.
  2. In Guance, check «Cloud Billing / Billing Analysis» to verify if corresponding billing information exists.
