Billing Center


Guance Billing Center is the billing and settlement management platform for the Guance Commercial Plan. It has an independent account system and can bind to Guance workspaces to obtain workspace bills, enabling unified billing management at the workspace level.

Note: The browsers supported by the Guance Billing Center include Chrome, Safari, Edge, IE11, IE10, IE9, Wechat, DingTalk.

The Guance Commercial Plan adopts a pay-as-you-go billing method. For more billing details, refer to Billing Methods.

Guance offers various settlement methods, including Billing Center account settlement and cloud account settlement. The latter includes Alibaba Cloud account settlement, AWS account settlement, and Huawei Cloud account settlement. In the cloud account settlement mode, cloud bills from multiple sites can be consolidated under one cloud account for settlement.

In the Guance Billing Center, you can:

  • Account Recharge: Supports cash recharge, voucher purchase recharge, and prepaid card purchase recharge.
  • Submit Ticket: Supports submitting and managing tickets. Guance will promptly contact and resolve issues upon receiving the ticket.
  • Billing Management: Used to manage billing information in the Billing Center, including monthly bills, consumption details, income and expenditure details, voucher details, and prepaid card details.
  • Account Management: Used to manage account information in the Billing Center, including account profile changes, password modification, real-name authentication, and cloud account management.
  • Change Settlement: One Billing Center account can bind to multiple Guance workspaces. Supports changing the settlement method of workspaces.
