Billing Center


Guance Billing Center is the billing management platform for the Guance Commercial Plan, featuring an independent account system. By binding Guance workspaces, it retrieves workspace bills and enables unified cost management at the workspace level.

Note: Guance Billing Center supports browsers including Chrome, Safari, Edge, IE11, IE10, IE9, WeChat, DingTalk.

The Guance Commercial Plan adopts a pay-as-you-go billing method. For more billing details, refer to Usage-based Billing.

Guance offers various settlement methods, including Billing Center account settlement and cloud account settlement. The latter includes Alibaba Cloud, AWS, and Huawei Cloud account settlements. Under the cloud account settlement model, multiple site cloud bills can be consolidated into one cloud account for settlement.

In Guance Billing Center, you can:

  • Account Recharge: Supports cash recharge, voucher purchase recharge, and prepaid card purchase recharge.
  • Submit Ticket: Supports submitting and managing tickets. Guance official support will promptly contact and resolve issues upon receiving the ticket.
  • Bill Management: Used for managing Billing Center bill information, including monthly bills, consumption details, income and expenditure details, voucher details, and prepaid card details.
  • Account Management: Used for managing Billing Center account information, including profile changes, password modifications, real-name authentication, and cloud account management.
  • Change Settlement Method: A single Billing Center account can bind multiple Guance workspaces. It supports changing the settlement method of workspaces.
