Billing Center¶
Update Log
2024.3.27: "Stored Value Card" is adjusted to "Prepaid Card". There is an expiration limit for prepaid cards, and an email notification will be sent 3 days before expiration. The balance will automatically be cleared after expiration. For purchase of prepaid cards, please contact sales for processing.
The Guance Billing Center is the billing management platform for the commercial plan of Guance, with an independent account system. By binding to the Guance workspace, it obtains the workspace's invoice to achieve unified cost management at the workspace level.
Note: The browsers supported by the Guance Billing Center include Chrome, Safari, Edge, IE11, IE10, IE9, Wechat, DingTalk.
The commercial plan of Guance adopts a pay-as-you-go billing method. For more billing details, you can refer to Usage-Based Billing Method.
Guance provides various settlement methods such as the billing center account settlement and cloud account settlement, the latter including Alibaba Cloud account, AWS account settlement, and Huawei Cloud account settlement. Under the cloud account settlement model, it supports the consolidation of cloud bills from multiple sites into a single cloud account for settlement.

In the Guance Billing Center, you can:
- Account Recharge: Support cash recharge, voucher recharge, and prepaid card recharge.
- Submit a Ticket: Support submission and management of tickets. Guance official will contact and resolve the issue in a timely manner after receiving the ticket.
- Billing Management: Used for managing the billing information of the billing center, including monthly bills, consumption details, income and expenditure details, voucher details, and prepaid card details.
- Account Management: Used for managing the account information of the billing center, including account profile changes, password modifications, real-name authentication, and cloud account management.
- Change Settlement: A billing center account can be bound to multiple Guance workspaces. Supports changing the settlement method of the workspace.
