DataFlux Func (Automata) adopts a monthly billing model. Before the fee expires, you can still use the Func service and can renew the subscription as needed.

Application Expiration

There are two scenarios:

  • Manually Disabled: If you choose to disable the application yourself, the system will automatically disable the application after expiration.

  • Insufficient Balance: Three days before the application expiration and fee deduction, the system will check whether the balance is sufficient for renewal. If the balance is insufficient, the system will send emails and system notifications to remind the workspace Owner. After expiration, the hosted application will be automatically released. If you have used DataFlux Func (Automata) before and re-subscribe to the application before expiration, all data from the application can be restored; however, if overdue payment is not made, the data will be permanently deleted.

In both cases above, the system will retain the most recent 7 days of data. Within these 7 days, if you resubscribe to the application, you can choose to restore all data or not restore any data.

  • Restore Data: Back up the previously retained data to the newly subscribed Func;
  • Do Not Restore Data: Abandon all previous data and resubscribe to the application.
