Microsoft Azure Marketplace Subscription to Guance Commercial Plan¶

This article explains how to subscribe to Guance service on Microsoft Azure Marketplace and how to activate the Guance Commercial Plan using a Microsoft account for billing.

Subscribe to Guance¶

1. Log in to the Microsoft Azure Marketplace product page for Guance;

2. Click Get It Now;

3. In the pop-up window, agree to the terms and click Continue;

4. You will be redirected to the subscription page by default, select the subscription resource group;

5. On the new page, confirm your subscription information, define the name, select the billing period, and whether to renew;

6. Click Review + Subscribe at the bottom left;

7. After confirming the information is correct, click Subscribe;

8. The subscription will be displayed as successful.

Activate Guance Commercial Plan¶

After clicking, you will be automatically redirected to the activation page for Guance. If the current Microsoft Azure account is not bound to a Guance Billing Center account, there are two scenarios:

No Billing Center account: You need to register a Guance account and a Billing Center account, then bind the cloud account for billing;

Existing Billing Center account: You can directly bind the Billing Center account to enable cloud account billing.

No Billing Center account¶

If you do not have a Billing Center account, click next, and you will be automatically redirected to the registration page. After completing the registration process, you will obtain a Guance account and a Billing Center account.

1. Fill in basic information;

2. Fill in company information;

3. Select the activation method: Enter the workspace name, select the workspace language, and click Activate to complete the registration.

Existing Billing Center account¶

If you already have a Billing Center account, click next to directly enter the binding page:

Bind Billing Center account¶

Enter the username of the Billing Center account and bind it through email verification;

Bind Guance workspace¶

Create workspace¶

If there is no associated workspace under the current Billing Center account, click to create a workspace first.

Since the Guance console and the Billing Center are two independent platforms, you need to confirm whether you have registered for Guance and have a Guance account.

Existing Guance account

1. Enter the workspace name;

2. Select the workspace language;

3. Enter the email;

4. Fill in the verification code;

5. Agree to the terms;

6. Click create, and the workspace will be successfully created.

No Guance account

1. Enter the workspace name;
2. Select the workspace language;
3. Enter the username;
4. Enter and confirm the login password;
5. Enter the email;
6. Fill in the verification code;
7. Optionally enter the phone number;
8. Agree to the terms;
9. Click register and create workspace.

Bind existing workspace¶

If there is a bindable workspace under this Guance Billing Center account, click Bind directly.

1. Select the workspace to bind and click bind;

2. On the new page, click confirm;

3. The binding will be displayed as successful.

Start using Guance¶

After successfully binding the workspace, click confirm, and you will be redirected to the login page. Enter the username and password to enter the workspace and start using Guance.
