macOS App Analysis¶

Introduction¶

After application data is collected into Guance, you can view application performance analysis through the Guance console.

Explorer Analysis¶

Guance provides RUM Explorer to help you view and analyze the details of user access to the application. In the Guance workspace, open RUM, click any application, and then use the Explorer to understand the impact of errors, delays, and long tasks on each user session, page performance, resources, and actions. This helps you comprehensively understand and improve the running status and usage of the application through search, filtering, and correlation analysis, enhancing user experience. Scenario Analysis¶

Guance provides visualized iOS application analysis with built-in multiple iOS application monitoring solutions. You can go to RUM - "Analysis Dashboard" - "Mobile", select the iOS App ID, and view Overview, Performance Analysis, Resource Analysis, and Error Analysis.

Overview¶

The iOS application overview scenario counts indicators such as launch count, RUM PV, page error rate, page load time, session analysis, performance analysis, and error analysis. It visually displays data statistics of user access to the iOS application from aspects such as app launches, session distribution, user device types, popular page rankings, page view rankings, and resource error rankings, helping to quickly locate issues and improve user access performance. You can filter by environment and version to view the integrated iOS applications.

Performance Analysis¶

The performance analysis of iOS applications visually displays the overall page performance of the iOS application in real time by counting indicators such as RUM PV, page load time, most-watched page sessions, page long task analysis, and resource analysis. It helps to more accurately locate pages that need optimization. You can filter by environment and version to view the integrated iOS applications.

Resource Analysis¶

The resource analysis of iOS applications visually displays the overall resource status of the iOS application in real time by counting indicators such as resource classification, XHR & Fetch analysis, and resource time consumption analysis. It helps to more accurately locate resources that need optimization through resource request rankings. You can filter by environment and version to view the integrated iOS applications.

Error Analysis¶

The JS error analysis of iOS applications visually displays the overall error status of the iOS application in real time by counting indicators such as error rate, Crash, Crash versions, and network error status distribution. It helps to quickly locate resource errors through affected resource error statistics. You can filter by environment and version to view the integrated iOS applications.
