Guance Billing Center Account Cancellation Notice


[Special Note] Canceling the Guance Billing Center account is an irreversible operation. After cancellation, you will no longer be able to log in to the Guance Billing Center using this account, and all data in your Guance Billing Center will be deleted and cannot be recovered (even if you register and use the Guance Billing Center with the same email or phone number again).

The Guance Billing Center account cancellation terms (hereinafter referred to as "these terms") govern your voluntary cancellation of your Guance Billing Center account (domestic domain: boss.guance.com; overseas domain: bill.guance.one) and related matters.

Please make sure to thoroughly read, understand, and agree to all content of these terms before submitting an account cancellation request. If you have any questions, please contact Guance customer service.

From the moment you submit your account cancellation request, Guance will check your application according to these terms and relevant prompts. For applications that meet the account cancellation conditions, Guance will initiate the account cancellation process, which cannot be reversed. For applications that do not meet the account cancellation conditions, Guance will notify you of the inspection results, and the account cancellation procedure will automatically terminate. You can reapply for account cancellation after completing the corresponding condition handling.

1. Conditions for Account Cancellation

1.1 The Guance Billing Center account applying for cancellation has no associated workspaces, or the associated workspaces have been dissolved and released;

1.2 The Guance Billing Center account applying for cancellation has no outstanding balances, including cash, stored-value cards, or coupons;

1.3 The Guance Billing Center account applying for cancellation has no unsettled invoices;

1.4 The Guance Billing Center account applying for cancellation has no unpaid taxes or other obligations required by law that have not been fulfilled;

1.5 As of the date of the cancellation application, the Guance Billing Center account applying for cancellation has not violated any laws or agreements with Guance, or has reached an agreement with Guance regarding related matters.

2. Account Cancellation Process

2.1 Customer Self-Inspection

Before submitting an account cancellation request, please self-inspect whether your account meets the account cancellation conditions specified in Section 1 of these terms. Otherwise, your account cancellation process may be terminated due to non-compliance with the cancellation conditions.

2.2 Cancellation Method

You can go to the Guance Billing Center 【Ticket】-【Submit Ticket】, select 【Cancel Account】 under 【Ticket Type】, and apply to cancel your account by contacting Guance customer service.

2.3 Account Inspection

Guance will conduct a cancellation condition check on your account upon receiving the cancellation request to verify whether your account meets the cancellation conditions.

  • Inspection Passed: For applications that meet the Guance Billing Center account cancellation conditions, Guance will initiate the account cancellation process.

Note: Guance only conducts preliminary and formal reviews of your account cancellation conditions. Guance's determination that you meet the cancellation conditions does not imply substantial acknowledgment or abandonment of rights legally or contractually entitled to Guance, nor does it mean that all account behaviors and related responsibilities prior to the account cancellation are exempted or mitigated, including but not limited to any outstanding fees, pending payments, or unpaid taxes under the account you intend to cancel.

  • Inspection Failed: For applications that do not meet the Guance Billing Center account cancellation conditions, the account cancellation process will automatically terminate and will not be automatically restored. If you wish to continue with the cancellation, you should reapply for account cancellation.

2.4 Account Cancellation

After the Guance Billing Center account passes the inspection, Guance will initiate the account cancellation process and delete your data in the Guance Billing Center, unless otherwise agreed in these terms or required by applicable laws or national administrative judicial enforcement authorities.

3. Results of Account Cancellation

3.1 After the account is canceled, you will no longer be able to use the Guance Billing Center services through this account, including but not limited to:

  • Logging into the Guance Billing Center website using this account;
  • Performing other operations dependent on the permissions of this account;
  • Retrieving account information, business data, consumption records, etc., under this account;
  • Other services provided by Guance Billing Center

3.2 Account cancellation does not exempt or mitigate any account behaviors and related responsibilities prior to the account cancellation.

3.3 As of the date of account cancellation, Guance has provided services as per the mutual contracts and effective orders, without any breach of contract scenarios.

3.4 Guance will clear your data and no longer have the right to collect, store, or use your personal information and other data, except as required by applicable legal norms or industry best practices. For example: retaining corresponding invoice data for tax compliance, retaining transaction information between us and you to comply with e-commerce laws, etc.

3.5 Account balance, coupons, stored-value cards, etc., under the Guance Billing Center account will be invalidated and deleted.

3.6 Once an account is canceled, it cannot be retrieved. Please back up all business information and data under your account. Guance assumes no responsibility for any data or information loss caused thereby.

4. Others

4.1 These terms form an integral part of the Guance Billing Center Service Agreement. Matters not covered in these terms shall refer to the relevant provisions of the Guance Billing Center Service Agreement.

4.2 If your account cancellation causes losses to Guance, you should compensate for the losses incurred to Guance and ensure that Guance, its directors, employees, agents, partners, and suppliers are free from any claims by third parties.
