Share Management

Guance supports unified management of shared charts, dashboards, snapshots, and reports within the current workspace through Management > Share Management.

Shared Charts

After completing chart sharing in a scene view, you can view a list of all shared charts in the current space via Management > Share Management > Shared Charts. These charts can be embedded in platforms or code outside of Guance for visual data display and analysis.

On the "Shared Charts" page, you can directly view the share name, source, and set time range for each chart. Additionally, this page supports the following operations:

  • Filter by sharing method (Embed Code or Link);
  • Quickly locate target charts by entering the chart name in the search bar;
  • View link address: Supports viewing and quickly copying the link of a shared chart for external use;
  • Unshare: After clicking Unshare, the corresponding chart will become invalid immediately and cannot be recovered. Click next to the chart name to select specific charts, supporting batch unsharing.

Shared Dashboards

After completing dashboard sharing in a scene view, you can view a list of all shared dashboards in the current space via Management > Share Management > Shared Dashboards.

You can perform the following operations on the current page:

  • View Dashboard: Jump to a new page to view a copy of the dashboard, supporting language switching;

  • Unshare: After unsharing, the dashboard becomes invalid immediately and cannot be recovered. Click next to the dashboard name to select multiple dashboards for batch unsharing.

Shared Snapshots

After sharing a snapshot, you can access the snapshot share list via Management > Share Management > Shared Snapshots. The list includes the snapshot type and name, sharing method, sharer, validity period, time range, and provides entry points for operations like viewing the snapshot and viewing the share link.

  • Validity Period: The default share link validity is 48 hours, calculated from the time of generation;
  • Time Range: Refers to the time range selected when the snapshot was saved, supporting relative time (e.g., "Last 15 minutes") or absolute time.

You can perform the following operations on the current page:

  • Filter by snapshot type;
  • Quickly locate the target snapshot by entering its name in the search bar;
  • View Snapshot: Jump to a new page to view a copy of the data snapshot, supporting language switching;
  • Copy the snapshot share link;
  • Edit Snapshot Share: Adjust the relevant configuration for sharing the snapshot (e.g., change to encrypted sharing and set a password), effective immediately after confirmation;
  • Unshare: After unsharing, the snapshot becomes invalid immediately and cannot be recovered. Click next to the snapshot name to select multiple snapshots for batch unsharing.
