Billing Center Account Settlement¶

Selecting During Commercial Plan Registration¶

During the steps for registering Guance Commercial Plan, you can directly choose to settle with the Billing Center account.

1. Enter the registration process;
2. In the third step, when selecting the activation method, choose direct activation by Guance;
3. Enter the workspace name and select the workspace language;
4. Check the box to agree to the terms;
5. Click Activate.

In this step, the system will automatically create a Billing Center account for you, meaning that the current account will use this created Billing Center account for settlement.

Changing Settlement in the Billing Center¶

1. Log in to Guance Billing Center;
2. Go to Workspace Management;
3. Select the workspace and click the Change button on the right;
4. Choose Billing Center Settlement;
5. Click Confirm.
