Billing Center Account Settlement


Selection During Commercial Plan Registration

During the registration process for the Guance Commercial Plan, you can directly choose to use the billing center account for settlement.

  1. Start the registration process;
  2. In the third step, when selecting the activation method, choose direct activation for Guance;
  3. Enter the workspace name and select the workspace language;
  4. Check the box to agree with the terms;
  5. Click to activate.

In this step, the system will simultaneously create a billing center account for you, indicating that the current account will use the created billing center account for settlement.

Changing Settlement in the Billing Center Platform

  1. Log in and enter the Guance Billing Center;
  2. Go to Workspace Management;
  3. Select the workspace and click the change button on the right side;
  4. Choose Billing Center Settlement;
  5. Click confirm.
