Payment Methods¶
Settlement can be made through a Billing Center account or a Cloud account. In Cloud account settlement mode, cloud bills from multiple sites can be consolidated and settled under a single Cloud account.
Deduction Order¶
- Billing Center account settlement: the bill deduction order is Regular Voucher > Threshold Voucher > Prepaid Card > Cash > Prepaid Card balance (negative when in arrears). Pay-as-you-go consumption of SMS and Synthetic Tests can only be paid with cash, Prepaid Card, or Prepaid Card balance.
- Cloud account settlement: the bill deduction order is Regular Voucher > Threshold Voucher > Prepaid Card > Cloud account cash balance. Pay-as-you-go consumption of SMS and Synthetic Tests can only be paid with Prepaid Card and Cloud account cash balance.
Warning
After selecting Cloud account settlement, you cannot switch to another settlement method unless the bound Cloud account is unsubscribed or released.
Billing Center Account Settlement¶
On the Guance Billing Center platform, you can top up and settle for multiple associated Workspaces using a Billing Center account.
On this platform, you can perform operations such as cash top-ups, voucher management, prepaid card management, and settlement method changes. You can also manage your account and view billing details, account balances, and bound Workspaces.
Cloud Account Settlement¶
Settle by topping up through a Cloud account. One Cloud account can be associated with multiple Workspaces across multiple sites for bill settlement. Cloud account settlement supports prioritized deduction using vouchers or Prepaid Cards provided by Guance. After these are exhausted, the charges continue to be deducted from the Cloud account.
