Settlement Methods


Guance supports various settlement methods such as Guance Billing Center account and cloud account. Cloud account settlement includes Alibaba Cloud account, AWS account settlement and Huawei cloud account settlement. In the cloud account settlement mode, cloud bills from multiple sites are supported to be merged into one cloud account for settlement.

Account Settlement Deduction Order
  • Guance Billing Center account settlement: the deduction order of the Guance payment bill by volume is: ordinary vouchers, full reduction vouchers, stored-value cards, cash, stored-value card balance (negative arrears); SMS and dial-based consumption can only be paid by cash and stored-value card or stored-value card balance.
  • Cloud account settlement: the deduction order of Guance pay-by-volume bills is as follows: ordinary vouchers, full reduction vouchers, stored-value cards and cash balance of cloud account; SMS and dial-up consumption can only be paid by using stored-value cards and cash balances of cloud accounts.
  • Once the workspace settlement method is selected as cloud account settlement, it cannot be changed to other settlement methods (such as changing from "Alibaba Cloud Account A" to "Alibaba Cloud Account B" or changing from "AWS Account" to "Alibaba Cloud Account", etc.) unless the bound cloud account is unsubscribed or released.

Guance Billing Center account Settlement

You can recharge and settle directly through the Guance Billing Center account settlement in Billing Center, and one Billing Center account can be associated with multiple workspaces for expense settlement.

Cloud Account Settlement

You can recharge and settle through the cloud account, and one cloud account supports expense settlement associated with multiple workspaces and workspaces of multiple sites.

Guance currently supports three cloud account settlement methods, namely Huawei Cloud account, Alibaba Cloud account and AWS account.

Note: Cloud account settlement supports preferential use of vouchers or stored-value cards provided by Guance for deduction. After the fees in vouchers or stored-value cards are empty, the fees in cloud accounts will continue to be deducted.
