Payment Methods¶
Settlement can be made via a Billing Center account or a cloud account. With cloud account settlement, bills from multiple sites can be consolidated into a single cloud account.
Settlement Deduction Order¶
- Billing Center account settlement: The deduction order for bills is: Regular Voucher > Discount Voucher > Prepaid Card > Cash > Prepaid Card Balance (negative for arrears). Pay-as-you-go consumption for SMS and Synthetic Tests can only be paid with Cash, Prepaid Cards, or Prepaid Card Balances.
- Cloud account settlement: The deduction order for bills is: Regular Voucher > Discount Voucher > Prepaid Card > Cloud Account Cash Balance. Pay-as-you-go consumption for SMS and Synthetic Tests can only be paid with Prepaid Cards and Cloud Account Cash Balances.
Note
Once a cloud account settlement method is selected, it cannot be changed to another method unless the bound cloud account is unsubscribed or released.
Billing Center Account Settlement¶
On the Guance Billing Center platform, you can top up and settle payments for multiple associated workspaces using a Billing Center account.
On this platform, you can perform operations such as cash top-up, voucher management, prepaid card management, changing settlement methods, as well as managing your account, viewing billing details, account balances, and bound workspaces.
Cloud Account Settlement¶
Top up and settle payments via a cloud account. A single cloud account can be associated with multiple workspaces across multiple sites for settlement. Cloud account settlement supports the use of vouchers or prepaid cards provided by Guance as the first deduction source; once those are exhausted, the balance is deducted from the cloud account.
