SLO Details


Click on any SLO to view the fault time, error budget, target, summary, SLI anomaly records, and correction records. It also displays the compliance rates for the past 7 days, the entire year, and the past year.

Summary

Displays the availability rate, remaining error budget, cumulative fault time, and annual SLA data in chart form.

Anomaly Records

Displays all SLI monitors associated with the current SLO task. Click on a single record to view its anomaly event list within the current detection cycle.

The current anomaly records can be exported as a CSV file for analysis and review.

Correction Records

Displays the correction records of the SLO task, including the time range, duration, and reasons for correction.

The current correction records can be exported as a CSV file for analysis and review.

SLO Correction

When an SLO is about to be violated due to uncontrollable factors (such as infrastructure failures or third-party service interruptions), a temporary correction mechanism is used to avoid false alarms while ensuring the audit compliance of SLO data.

In the top right corner of the details page, enter the new SLO correction window:

  1. Select the time zone;
  2. Select the start time and end time;
  3. Enter the reason for correction as needed;
  4. Confirm.

The final correction period will be excluded from SLO calculations and will further affect the error budget and compliance calculations of the SLO.
