Note

If there are key combinations in your background programs that conflict with the shortcuts mentioned above, you will not be able to use the Save Snapshot shortcut function normally.

Explorer > Top Snapshot Button (left of the search box):

Explorer > Top Settings Button:

Start Saving

After successfully popping up the Save Snapshot window, you can configure the relevant settings for this snapshot.

  1. Define the snapshot name.

  2. Select the snapshot time. The system automatically obtains the time range selected on the current page, which you can adjust.

    • If the system dynamically obtains or you set a dynamic time through the time picker, you can manually check here whether to save the snapshot with a static time.
  3. Set the visibility scope.

    • Public: All users in the current workspace can view this snapshot.

    • Only visible to me: Other users do not have permission to view this snapshot.

View Snapshot

You can view saved snapshots through the following entries:

In Workspace > Shortcut > Snapshot, you can view all snapshots saved in the current workspace.

Go to Explorer > Snapshot, the system will display the snapshots saved in this explorer. Snapshots are only visible in the explorer where they were saved. For example, a snapshot saved in the Log Explorer cannot be viewed in the RUM Trace Explorer.

Go to Scenarios > Dashboard, and click Historical Snapshots in the upper right corner of the page to view all dashboard snapshots saved in the current workspace.

For saved snapshots, you can perform the following operations:

  • Click the snapshot name to open the corresponding data copy and reproduce the data tags at the time the snapshot was saved.

  • Hover over a historical snapshot to display its time range and filter conditions. The time range is divided into the following three types:

    • Absolute time: A fixed time interval.

    • Relative time: A dynamic interval based on the current time.

    • Default: The system's default time setting.

  • If the visibility scope was set to Only visible to me when saving the snapshot, a icon will be displayed after the snapshot name, and others will not be able to view this snapshot.

  • Filter based on snapshot type.

  • Enter the snapshot name to search for matches.

  • Re-edit the name and time of a single snapshot.

  • Perform batch deletion.

  • Sort by save time.

  • For a single snapshot, you can Share, copy the link, or delete it.
