Data Forwarding to Huawei Cloud OBS¶

Start Configuration¶

1. Archive type selection Huawei Cloud OBS, which means that the matched log data will be saved to this object storage;
2. Select access type;
3. Click confirm, and the creation will be successful.

Note: If the archive type information changes, you need to confirm that the associated platform configuration has been updated synchronously to avoid data writing failures due to configuration changes. The new configuration rules will take effect within 5 minutes.

Account Authorization¶

1. You must use the exclusive Huawei Cloud account ID provided by Guance, go to add cross-account access authorization policy;
2. Select region;

3. Enter your bucket name in Huawei Cloud;

4. Fill in the storage path, which facilitates further distinction and finding of the exact location of data forwarding;

5. Click confirm, and the creation will be successful.

Access Keys¶

1. First configure the Guance RAM policy in Huawei Cloud here;
2. Fill in Access Keys;
3. Fill in the corresponding Secret Key;
4. Select region;
5. Enter the bucket name;
6. Fill in the storage path, which facilitates further distinction and finding of the exact location of data forwarding;
7. Click confirm, and the creation will be successful.

Regarding overseas sites: The account IDs for overseas sites are different from those in China, please differentiate them:

Folder Naming Standards¶

1. Create single folders and multi-level folders, slashes (/) indicate the creation of multi-level folders.
2. Folder names cannot start or end with a slash (/).
3. Cannot contain more than two adjacent slashes (/).

Note:

• If the folder does not exist, Guance will directly create it, and data will still be stored under this path.
• Please be cautious when changing the storage path, as there is about a 5-minute delay in updating configurations, and some data may still be forwarded to the original directory after changes.
