Global Tags¶
Global tags are tags that can be directly invoked within the Guance workspace. Through global tags, you can classify, filter, and sort data that meets the requirements, ultimately achieving global data linkage.
Note
Only Owner, Administrator, and custom roles can view this feature.
Create Tags¶

Name: Required; The name must be unique and cannot be duplicated; It can be in any text format.

Description: Optional; The length should be within 100 characters.

Color: The first color block is the default color, and you can customize it.

Continue to create the next: Continue creating tags, the popup will not close after clicking OK.
Note
If you check this button, it will remain checked during the tag creation process. This state will only be canceled if you manually uncheck it or close the popup.
Manage Tags¶
After the tags are created, you can view them in the Manage > Global Tags list page. You can manage the list through the following operations:
- In the search box, enter the tag name to quickly search and locate.
- Edit: Update the name and description of existing tags.
- Delete the current tag.
- Batch delete selected multiple tags.
Use Cases¶
1. On the Modify Dashboard, Explorer page
Open the custom tag dropdown box to search or add global tags:
Note
If you do not have permission to create tags, only searching for tags is supported here.
2. Tag Filter
You can view all tags associated with the current page dashboard.
In Host Details > Basic Information > Tags, click the dropdown box:
Enter the monitor creation page to search or add global tags:
