Global Labels¶
Global Labels are tags that can be directly called within the Guance workspace. Through Global Labels, you can categorize, filter, and sift through data that meets requirements, ultimately achieving global data linkage.
Note
Only Owner, Administrator, and custom roles can view this feature.
Create¶

Name: Required; Names must be unique and cannot be duplicated; Can be in any text format.

Description: Optional; Length must be within 100 characters.

Color: The first color block is the default color, you can customize the selection.

Continue creating the next: Continue creating labels, the pop-up window will not close after clicking Confirm.
Note
If you check this button, it will remain checked during the label creation process. This state will only be canceled if you manually uncheck it or close the pop-up window.
Manage¶
After labels are created, you can view them on the Manage > Global Labels list page. You can manage the list through the following operations:
- In the search box, enter the label name to quickly search and locate.
- Edit: Update the name and description of existing labels.
- Delete the current label.
- Batch delete selected multiple labels.
Use Cases¶
1. On the Modify Dashboard, Explorer page
Open the custom label dropdown to search or add Global Labels:
Note
If you do not have permission to create labels, only label search is supported here.
2. Label Filtering
You can view all labels associated with the dashboards on the current page.
In Host Details > Basic Information > Labels, click the dropdown:
Enter the new Monitor/Synthetic Test rule page to search or add Global Labels:
