Guance Mobile Application Privacy Policy


This confidentiality agreement is a legally binding contract between Guance, operated by Shanghai Guance Future Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guance Future"), and the user. The Guance mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") is developed by Guance Future. This privacy policy aims to help you understand what information the Application collects, the purposes for which it is collected, and how this information is protected.

Scope of Application

This policy applies to the Guance mobile application products and services.

What Personal Information is Collected, How It is Collected, and Its Purposes

Device Information

During the user login process, we collect information about the currently logged-in device's attributes (e.g., hardware model, operating system version, device configuration, unique device identifier (Android ID), International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI), Media Access Control address (MAC), and Advertising Identifier (IDFA)), and device connection information (carrier information, language information). We may combine this information with personal information to ensure secure login and use. This information is also used for JPush Service.

Network Information

Network information includes IP address, WiFi information, and base station information. This information is collected to prepare for MFA secure login and is also used for JPush Service to optimize the network connection requests between the SDK and JPush servers, ensuring service stability and continuity, and enabling regional push functionality.

Application Information

Application information includes application crash information, notification switch status, and the list of installed applications. Application crash information is collected to improve user experience and optimize application performance. Notification switch status and the list of installed applications are used for JPush Service to achieve intelligent push, recommending content that better meets user needs and reducing unnecessary push notifications.

Third-Party SDK Directory

Due to business requirements, the Application integrates third-party SDKs. The following content lists the third-party SDKs integrated into the Application, their purposes, and corresponding privacy policies. If you choose not to provide the corresponding information, the corresponding services cannot be completed.

JPush SDK

Used for push services. JPush SDK Privacy Policy: https://www.jiguang.cn/license/privacy

Application Self-Start

The integrated JPush (cn.jiguang) has self-start behavior, which is used to improve the delivery rate of push notifications.

  • Purpose: To receive Guance service event alert notifications in a timely manner, enabling users to promptly handle alerted events.
  • Scope: Only used for event function push notifications.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

  1. After logging in, the Application caches the user's login token for the next login, with a validity period of 7 days, calculated from the last logout.

  2. Due to business requirements, the embedded web pages in the Application follow the same Cookie usage rules as this agreement.

Information Usage

  1. Guance Future will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party without your prior permission, unless the third party and Guance Future (including Guance Future affiliates) individually or jointly provide services to you, and after the service ends, the third party will be prohibited from accessing all such information that it previously had access to;

  2. Guance Future also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or freely disseminate your personal information by any means. Any Guance user found engaging in the above activities will have their service agreement terminated immediately by Guance Future;

  3. For Guance Future ICSP service customers, Guance Future will strictly keep confidential all information, plans, and architectures obtained during cooperation. Unless specifically permitted by you, Guance Future will not share such information with other third parties.

Information Disclosure

Under the following circumstances, Guance Future will disclose your personal information in whole or in part according to your personal wishes or legal requirements:

  1. With your prior consent, disclose to third parties;

  2. If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, disclose to the respondent at the respondent's request to facilitate the resolution of potential rights disputes;

  3. Disclose to third parties or administrative and judicial authorities in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of administrative or judicial authorities;

  4. If you violate relevant Chinese laws, regulations, or Guance Future service agreements or related rules, disclose to third parties;

  5. Disclose your personal information to third parties as necessary to provide the products and services you request;

  6. In a transaction created on Guance, if any party to the transaction fulfills or partially fulfills its transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, Guance Future has the right to decide to provide the user with the contact information of the transaction counterparty and other necessary information to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of disputes;

  7. Other disclosures that Guance Future considers appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations, or website policies.

Information Storage and Exchange

The information and data collected by Guance Future about you will be stored on servers of Guance Future and/or its affiliates. This information and data may be transmitted to and accessed, stored, and displayed in countries or regions outside your country of residence or the location where Guance Future collected the information and data.

Information Security

  1. Please keep your account and password information secure. Guance Future will take security measures such as backing up to other servers and encrypting user passwords to ensure that your information is not lost, misused, or altered. Despite these security measures, please note that there is no such thing as perfect security on the internet;

  2. When using Guance services for online transactions, you will inevitably disclose your personal information, such as contact information or email address, to the transaction counterparty or potential transaction counterparty. Please protect your personal information and only provide it to others when necessary. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially your Guance account and password, please contact Guance Future customer service immediately so that Guance Future can take appropriate measures;

  3. Customers can log in to the Guance console through a browser and cancel their Guance account in [Account Management]. Please refer to the Guance Account Cancellation Notice. Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, after account cancellation, your information will be deleted from Guance and cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution.

Special Notes for Minors

If you are not a natural person with full civil rights and full civil capacity, you are not entitled to use Guance services. Therefore, Guance Future hopes that you do not provide us with any personal information.

Updates to the Privacy Policy

  1. Our privacy policy may be revised;

  2. We will not limit the rights you are entitled to under this privacy policy without your explicit consent. We will post any revisions to the privacy policy on a dedicated page;

  3. For major revisions, we will also provide more prominent notice (including, for certain services, posting a notice on the website to explain the specific changes to the privacy policy);

  4. Major changes referred to in this policy include but are not limited to:

  5. Significant changes in our service model. For example, changes in the purpose of processing user information, the types of user information processed, and the ways in which user information is used;

  6. Significant changes in our ownership, organizational structure, etc. For example, changes in ownership due to business adjustments, bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions, etc.;
  7. Changes in the main objects with whom user information is shared, transferred, or publicly disclosed;
  8. Significant changes in your rights and how you exercise them with respect to the processing of user information;
  9. Changes in the responsible department, contact information, and complaint channels for user information security;
  10. When the user information security impact assessment report indicates a high risk.
