Guance Mobile Application Privacy Policy


This confidentiality agreement is a valid contract jointly established by Shanghai Guance Future Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guance Future") and the user, which binds both parties. The Guance mobile application (referred to as "this application" in this policy) is developed by Guance Future. This privacy policy aims to help you understand what information this application collects, the purposes of collecting such information, and how it is protected.

Scope of Application

This policy applies to the Guance mobile application products and services.

Personal Information Collected, Methods of Collection, and Usage

Device Information

During the user login process, we collect device attribute information (such as hardware model, operating system version, device configuration, unique device identifier (Android ID), International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI), network device hardware address MAC, Advertising Identifier IDFA), and device connection information (carrier information, language information). We may combine this information with personal information to ensure secure user login and usage. This information will also be used for JPush Notification Service.

Network Information

Network information refers to IP addresses, WiFi information, and base station information. Collecting this information prepares for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) secure login. It will also be used for JPush Notification Service to optimize SDK network connection requests with JPush servers, ensuring service stability and continuity, and enabling regional push notifications.

Application Information

Application information includes crash logs, notification settings, and installed app lists. Collecting crash logs improves user experience and optimizes application performance. Notification settings and installed app lists are used for JPush Notification Service to provide intelligent push notifications, recommending more relevant content to reduce unnecessary notifications.

Third-Party SDK Directory

Due to business requirements, this application integrates third-party SDKs. The following content outlines the integrated third-party SDKs, their purposes, and corresponding privacy policies. If you do not provide the required information, the corresponding services cannot be completed.

JPush SDK

Used for push notification services. JPush SDK Privacy Policy: https://www.jiguang.cn/license/privacy

Application Auto-Launch

The integrated JPush (cn.jiguang) has an auto-launch feature that enhances message delivery rates.

  • Purpose: To receive Guance service event alerts promptly, allowing users to handle alerts timely.
  • Scope: Limited to event function push notifications.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

When using our services, to ensure the normal operation of the App, we store small data files called Cookies on your device. Cookies serve various purposes, including caching user login tokens for 7-day login-free access (starting from the last login time); embedded web pages follow the same Cookie usage rules due to business needs; additionally, Cookies can store browsing preferences to provide personalized services. We do not use Cookies for any purpose outside this policy.

You can manage or delete Cookies based on your needs, clear all Cookies saved on your device, or block Cookies through most browser settings. However, note that disabling or deleting Cookies may require reconfiguration of user settings each time you use the App.

Information Usage

  1. Guance Future will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information with any unrelated third party unless we have your prior consent or the third party provides services alone or jointly with Guance Future (including related companies), and after the service ends, they will be prohibited from accessing all previously accessible information;

  2. Guance Future does not permit any third party to collect, edit, sell, or freely distribute your personal information. Any Guance user engaging in such activities will have their service agreement terminated immediately upon discovery;

  3. For ICSP service clients, Guance Future strictly keeps confidential all information, solutions, architectures obtained during cooperation. Unless specifically permitted by you, Guance Future will not share this information with other third parties.

Information Disclosure

In the following situations, Guance Future will disclose your personal information in whole or in part according to your wishes or legal requirements:

  1. With your prior consent, disclosure to a third party;

  2. If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant who has filed a complaint, disclosure to the complained party at their request to resolve potential rights disputes;

  3. According to legal requirements or administrative or judicial institution requests, disclosure to third parties or administrative, judicial institutions;

  4. If you violate Chinese laws, regulations, or Guance Future service agreements or related rules, disclosure to third parties is necessary;

  5. To provide the products and services you request, sharing your personal information with third parties is necessary;

  6. In transactions created on Guance, if either party fulfills or partially fulfills transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, Guance Future has the right to provide necessary contact information to facilitate transaction completion or dispute resolution;

  7. Other disclosures deemed appropriate by Guance Future based on legal, regulatory, or website policies.

Information Storage and Exchange

Information collected about you by Guance Future will be stored on Guance Future's or its affiliated companies' servers. This information may be transmitted to countries or regions outside your location where Guance Future or its affiliates operate and accessed, stored, and displayed there.

Information Security

  1. Please keep your account and password information safe. Guance Future ensures your information is not lost, misused, or tampered with through server backups and encryption of user passwords. Despite these measures, please note that absolute security measures do not exist on the internet;

  2. When using Guance services for online transactions, you must disclose some personal information to the transaction party or potential transaction party, such as contact details or email addresses. Please protect your personal information carefully and only provide it when necessary. If you discover a breach of your personal information, especially your Guance account and password, please contact Guance Future customer support immediately so we can take appropriate measures;

  3. Users can log in via the browser to the Guance control panel and proceed to 【Account Management】 to cancel the Guance account. Refer to the Guance Account Cancellation Guidelines. Except as required by law, once an account is canceled, your information will be deleted from Guance and cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution.

Special Notes for Minors

If you are not a natural person with full civil rights and capacity, you are not authorized to use Guance services. Therefore, Guance Future hopes you do not provide us with any personal information.

Updates to the Privacy Policy

  1. Our privacy policy may be revised;

  2. Without your explicit consent, we will not restrict your rights under this privacy policy. We will post any revisions to the privacy policy on a dedicated page;

  3. For significant revisions, we will provide more prominent notifications (for certain services, we will notify you via website announcements, detailing specific changes to the privacy policy);

  4. Significant changes include but are not limited to:

  5. Major changes in our service model, such as the purpose of processing user information, types of user information processed, and methods of using user information;

  6. Significant changes in control, organizational structure, such as business adjustments, bankruptcy acquisitions causing ownership changes;
  7. Changes in the main entities sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing user information;
  8. Significant changes in your rights regarding user information handling and methods of exercising those rights;
  9. Changes in the department responsible for handling user information security, contact methods, and complaint channels;
  10. High-risk findings in user information security impact assessment reports.
