Teams¶
Incoming Webhooks allow external applications to share content in Microsoft Teams chats and channels as a tool for tracking and notifications. When a Webhook request is received, you can send messages to the corresponding channel or chat.

Note
This notification target is only applicable to workspaces on the international site.
Create a Webhook Workflow from a Template¶
- Open the Workflows page;
- Select Post to channel when a Webhook request is received as the workflow;
- After opening the workflow, you can change the name and authenticate using your account;
- Select the team and channel as the target location for the notification;
- After adding, a dialog will be displayed containing a URL that can be copied.
Return to the Teams Configuration Page¶
- Enter the Webhook address obtained in the above steps;
- Confirm.
