Dashboard Management¶

For all dashboards within the current workspace, you can perform the following operations for management.

Batch Operations¶

After selecting dashboards, you can perform batch deletion, export, and modify visibility range.

Note

Homepage dashboards do not support modifying the visibility range.
Dashboards not created by yourself cannot be modified to "Visible only to me" here.

Modify/Export/Delete¶

Click the button on a dashboard to perform the following operations:

Modify the dashboard name;
Export the dashboard as a JSON file;
Delete the dashboard.

Set Homepage Dashboard¶

This sets a dashboard as the workspace-level "Homepage Dashboard". After configuration, members will see the homepage dashboard by default when accessing the workspace.

Note

Only dashboards with "Public" visibility can be set as the "Homepage Dashboard". Once set, the visibility range cannot be modified.

Filter/Search¶

On the left side of the dashboard list, you can quickly filter and find corresponding dashboards by different categories. You can also set tags for dashboards for quick filtering.

Category	Description
Frequently Viewed	Dashboards viewed more than 5 times by the current user in the past week.
My Favorites	Dashboards favorited by the current user. Click the favorite icon on a dashboard to add it.
My Creations	All dashboards created by the current user, including imported dashboards.
Visible Only to Me	Non-public dashboards viewable only by the creator; other members have no viewing permissions.
Imported Items	Dashboards created by importing custom templates.

Playlist¶

If you need to handle multiple associated business dashboards simultaneously, you can use the playlist function. After configuring associated dashboards, it facilitates one-stop business sharing.

Go to the Playlist and click Create Playlist;
Enter a name for the playlist;
Select the dashboards;
Set the refresh frequency;
Click OK;
After configuration, you can view the configured playlists in the Playlist.

For the playlist, you can perform the following operations:

Click the play button, and the configured dashboards will play according to the set frequency;
Click the edit button to modify the playlist configuration;
Click delete to remove the playlist.

History Snapshots¶

You can view all saved dashboard snapshots for the current workspace by clicking History Snapshots in the upper right corner of the page.
