Huawei Cloud Account Billing¶
Directly recharge and settle through Huawei Cloud accounts. One Huawei Cloud account supports associating with multiple workspaces and multiple site workspaces for billing.
When Registering for the Guance Commercial Plan for the First Time¶
- Enter the registration process;
- In the third step, when selecting the activation method, choose Activate via Huawei Cloud Store;
- Enter the workspace name and select the workspace language;
- Fill in the account ID;
- Agree to the terms;
- Click Activate.
In this step, the system will simultaneously create a Billing Center account for you. Subsequently, you can log in to the Billing Center platform using the account credentials used during registration (i.e., the username/password used in the first step of registering the Guance account) to view billing details and other information.
Activating via Huawei Cloud Store¶
Log in to the Huawei Cloud Store > Guance SaaS Version product purchase page.
Click Activate Now, and you will be prompted to Purchase Guance SaaS Version. After agreeing to the terms, click Activate Now.
You will be prompted that SaaS Activation Task Submitted Successfully. Click Return to My Cloud Store.
Return to Huawei Cloud's Purchased Services List to view the purchased Guance service. If the purchased product is not yet visible, refresh the page.
Changing Billing in the Billing Center Platform¶
- Log in to the Guance Billing Center;
- Enter Workspace Management;
- Select the workspace and click the Change button on the right;
- Choose Huawei Cloud Account Billing;
- First, Go to Huawei Cloud to Activate the Guance service;
- After purchasing, obtain the Huawei Cloud Account ID and Product Instance ID;
- Click Confirm.
Canceling the Guance Subscription on Huawei Cloud¶
- Log in to Huawei Cloud Store > Purchased Services;
- Click More > Close Resource on the right side of the resource;
- Continue to click Close Resource;
- Refresh the current page, and you will see that the resource is now in the Closed status, indicating that the Guance subscription has been canceled on Huawei Cloud.
Note: After canceling the Guance subscription on Huawei Cloud, all workspaces bound to this account for billing in the Guance Billing Center will have the associated cloud account removed and the corresponding workspaces locked. You can unlock the workspaces, and after unlocking, the workspaces will default to billing via the Guance Billing Center account.
How to Obtain the Huawei Cloud Account ID¶
- Log in to the Huawei Cloud console with your account;
- Click the account avatar in the top right corner;
- In the dropdown list, click My Credentials;
- On the API Credentials page, you can view the Account ID.
How to Obtain the Huawei Cloud Instance ID¶
In Huawei Cloud Store, go to My Cloud Store > Purchased Services. Enter the product details page, and in the Application Information of the current service, you can view the Huawei Cloud Instance ID.
