Huawei Cloud Account Settlement


That is, directly top up and settle accounts through the Huawei Cloud account. One Huawei Cloud account supports associating multiple workspaces and multiple site workspaces for fee settlement.

Select when first registering for the Guance Commercial Plan

  1. Enter the registration process;
  2. In the third step, when selecting the activation method, choose Huawei Cloud Market Activation;
  3. Input the workspace name, select the workspace language;
  4. Enter the account ID;
  5. Check the box to agree with the terms;
  6. Click activate.

In this step, the system will create a billing center account for you synchronously. Later, you can log into the billing center platform using the username/password used during registration (i.e., the username/password used in the first step of registering the Guance account) to view detailed billing information.

Activate on Huawei Cloud Market

Log in and enter the Huawei Cloud Market > Guance SaaS Edition product purchase page.

Click Activate Now, it will prompt Purchase Guance SaaS Edition, after agreeing to the terms, click Activate Now.

It will prompt SaaS Activation Task Submission Successful, click Return to My Cloud Market.

Return to the Huawei Cloud Purchased Services List to check the purchased Guance service; if there are no purchased products yet, refresh the page.

Change Settlement on the Billing Center Platform

  1. Log in and enter GuanceBilling Center;
  2. Enter workspace management;
  3. Select the workspace, click the change button on the right side;
  4. Choose Huawei Cloud Account Settlement;
  5. First go to Huawei Cloud to activate Guance service;
  6. After purchasing, obtain the Huawei Cloud account ID and product instance ID;
  7. Click confirm.

Cancel Subscription to Guance on Huawei Cloud

  1. Log in and enter Huawei Cloud Market > Purchased Services;
  2. Click the More > Close Resource on the right side of the resource;
  3. Continue clicking Close Resource;
  4. Refresh the current page, you can see that the resource status has changed to Closed, indicating that the subscription to Guance on Huawei Cloud has been canceled.

Note: After canceling the Guance service subscription on Huawei Cloud, all workspaces in the Guance billing center bound to this account will have their associated cloud account deleted, and the corresponding workspaces will be locked. You can unlock the workspace, and after unlocking, the default settlement method will be the Guance billing center account.

How to Obtain Huawei Cloud Account ID

  1. Log in to the Huawei Cloud console with your account;
  2. Click the account avatar in the upper-right corner;
  3. In the dropdown list, click My Credentials;
  4. On the API Credentials page, you can view the Account ID.

How to Obtain Huawei Cloud Instance ID

On the Huawei Cloud Market, go to My Cloud Market > Purchased Services. Enter the product details page, and under the current service's Application Information, you can view the Huawei Cloud Instance ID.
