Register for the Commercial Plan from the Official Website¶
On the Guance official website, click Register and select the Commercial Plan.
Step 1: Basic Information¶
- Select a site;
- Enter your name;
- Enter a Billing Center username;
- Set and confirm your login password;
- Enter your email address and the verification code sent to it;
- Enter your phone number;
- Click Next.
What is the Billing Center?
Please fill in the Billing Center username carefully, as it is the sole login credential for the Billing Center.
The Billing Center is the payment and settlement platform of Guance. You need to register an account on this platform to perform operations such as account top-up, payment settlement, bill management, and invoice management.
The [initial password] of the Billing Center is the same as that of Guance. The two platforms have independent account systems; changing the password on one platform later will not affect the other.
Site Descriptions¶
The system provides multiple registration sites. You can select the appropriate site based on your actual cloud environment or payment method.

Accounts and data on different sites are independent of each other, and data cannot be shared or migrated between sites. Please choose carefully;

When registering for the Commercial Plan, you can set the corresponding Payment Methods based on the selected site, and modify them later as needed.

Step 2: Enterprise Information¶
- Enter your enterprise name;
- Read and agree to the relevant agreements;
- Click More Information to optionally fill in other enterprise-related information;
- Click Register.
Note
Completing Step 2 means you have successfully registered a Guance account and a Billing Center account.
Step 3: Select the Activation Method¶
Based on the site selected in Step 1, Step 3 displays the corresponding default activation method page.
- Enter a workspace name;
- Select the workspace language;
- Select the activation method as needed.
Activation Methods¶
Direct Activation via Guance¶
Create a workspace directly using your Guance account.
After successful activation, all charges incurred in the workspace will be settled directly from your Guance account.
Activation via Huawei Cloud Marketplace¶
You must first go to Huawei Cloud to purchase the Guance Commercial Plan, and then activate a workspace with your Huawei Cloud account. All subsequent charges incurred in the workspace will be settled directly from your Huawei Cloud account.
- Go to Huawei Cloud for free activation, and purchase the Guance service;
- Enter a workspace name;
- Select the workspace language;
- Enter your Huawei Cloud account ID;
- Click Activate to complete registration.
Activation via Alibaba Cloud Marketplace¶
You must first go to Alibaba Cloud to purchase the Guance Commercial Plan, and then activate a workspace with your Alibaba Cloud account. All subsequent charges incurred in the workspace will be settled directly from your Alibaba Cloud account.
- Click Go to Alibaba Cloud for free activation of the Guance service;
- Enter a workspace name;
- Select the workspace language;
- Enter your account ID and product instance ID;
- Click "Activate".
Activation via AWS Marketplace¶
You must first go to the AWS Marketplace to purchase the Guance Commercial Plan, and then activate a workspace with your AWS account. All subsequent charges incurred in the workspace will be settled directly from your AWS account.
- Enter a workspace name;
- Select the workspace language;
- Click "Activate".
After completing the Marketplace subscription, return to Guance and click "Confirm" to complete registration.
Activation via Microsoft Azure Marketplace¶
You must first go to the Microsoft Azure Marketplace to purchase the Guance Commercial Plan, and then activate a workspace with your Microsoft Azure account. All subsequent charges incurred in the workspace will be settled directly from your Microsoft Azure account.
- Enter a workspace name;
- Select the workspace language;
- Click Activate.
After completing the Marketplace subscription, return to Guance and click "Confirm" to complete registration.
Step 4: Successful Activation¶
After completing the above steps, you can successfully activate the Guance Commercial Plan. You can then log in directly to the workspace and start observing!
Note
If you only completed Step 2 during registration, you will be prompted to create a workspace upon login. Select the workspace type you want to create to complete registration and login.
