Register for the Commercial Plan from the Official Website¶
On the Guance official website, click Register and select the Commercial Plan.
Step 1: Basic Information¶

Select a site;

Define your name;

Define your Billing Center username;

Set and confirm your login password;

Enter your email and the verification code sent to it;

Enter your phone number;

Proceed to the next step.
What is the Billing Center?
Please carefully fill in the Billing Center username, as it is the unique login credential for the Billing Center.
The Billing Center is Guance's payment and settlement platform. Users need to register an account on this platform to perform operations such as account top-up, payment settlement, bill management, and invoice management.
The initial password for the Billing Center is the same as Guance. The two platforms have independent account systems, and subsequent password changes will not affect the other platform.
Site Explanation¶
The system provides multiple registration sites. You can choose the corresponding site based on your current cloud environment or settlement method.

Accounts and data from different sites are independent and cannot be shared or migrated. Please choose carefully;

When registering for the Commercial Plan, you can set the corresponding settlement method based on the selected site, which can be modified later as needed.

Step 2: Corporate Information¶

Enter the company name;

Read and agree to the relevant agreements;

Click More Information to optionally fill in other corporate information;

Click Register.
Note
Completing Step 2 means you have successfully registered a Guance account and a Billing Center account.
Step 3: Choose the Activation Method¶
Based on the site selected in Step 1, Step 3 will display the corresponding default activation method page.

Enter the workspace name;

Define the workspace language;

Choose the activation method as needed.
Activation Methods¶
Direct Activation via Guance¶
This means creating a workspace directly through the Guance account.
After successful activation, all costs generated within the workspace will be settled directly from your Guance account.
Activation via Huawei Cloud Store¶
You must first purchase the Guance Commercial Plan on Huawei Cloud. Activate the workspace through your Huawei Cloud account, and all subsequent costs generated within the workspace will be settled directly from your Huawei Cloud account.

Go to Huawei Cloud to activate for free and purchase the Guance service;

Enter the workspace name;

Select the workspace language;

Enter your Huawei Cloud account ID;

Click Activate to complete registration.
Activation via Alibaba Cloud Market¶
You must first purchase the Guance Commercial Plan on Alibaba Cloud. Activate the workspace through your Alibaba Cloud account, and all subsequent costs generated within the workspace will be settled directly from your Alibaba Cloud account.

Click Go to Alibaba Cloud to activate the Guance service for free;

Enter the workspace name;

Select the workspace language;

Enter the account ID and product instance ID;

Click "Activate".
Activation via Amazon Cloud Market¶
You must first purchase the Guance Commercial Plan on Amazon Cloud Market. Activate the workspace through your AWS account, and all subsequent costs generated within the workspace will be settled directly from your AWS account.

Enter the workspace name;

Select the workspace language;

Click "Activate".
After completing the Cloud Market Subscription, return to Guance and click "Confirm" to complete registration.
Activation via Microsoft Cloud Market¶
You must first purchase the Guance Commercial Plan on Microsoft Cloud Market. Activate the workspace through your Microsoft Cloud account, and all subsequent costs generated within the workspace will be settled directly from your Microsoft Cloud account.

Enter the workspace name;

Select the workspace language;

Click Activate.
After completing the Cloud Market Subscription, return to Guance and click "Confirm" to complete registration.
Step 4: Successful Activation¶
After completing the above steps, you have successfully activated the Guance Commercial Plan. You can now log in directly to your workspace and start monitoring!
Note
If you only completed Step 2 during registration, you will be prompted to create a workspace when logging in. Select the type of workspace you need to create to complete the registration and login.
