Reports

Set a cycle for reports. After the cycle ends, the system will automatically archive the full data of the previous cycle and generate static results. Archived report results will be retained for a long time and will not be affected by changes in dashboard configurations. Additionally, the system supports scheduled queries of dashboard data within specific time ranges and pushes reports.

Create Report

Basic Information

  1. Define the title of the archived report.

  2. Select the dashboard to send the report.

    • If the selected dashboard contains view variables, you can customize the view variables of the dashboard in the report.
  3. Choose whether to customize management permissions.

    • If kept off, it follows the default permissions of "Reports".

    • If checked, you can customize permission objects to manage the current report.

Note
  • The view variables modified here are only applied to the generated report and do not affect the default configuration of the original dashboard.

  • If no view variables are defined in the dashboard, this option will not be displayed.

Schedule

Set the frequency of the report sending cycle. Available cycles include two types:

  1. Send only once at the specified time.

  2. Set the specific sending time of the report:

    • Send immediately

    • Custom time, select date, hour, minute, timezone

  3. Select the chart time range to query in the final report:

    • Last specific minutes

    • Custom time range

  1. Select based on different time dimensions:

    • Daily: Choose to send daily, or specify specific dates

    • Weekly: Select sending frequency based on weekly time dimensions

    • Monthly: Choose to send monthly, or specify specific months and dates

  2. Set the specific sending time of the report based on hour, minute, and timezone.

  3. Select the chart time interval to query in the final report based on different time dimensions:

    • Last specific minutes/hours/days/weeks/months

    • Yesterday/Last week/Last month

Notification Method

  1. Select the recipients of the current report, i.e., Notification Targets.

  2. Enter the specific content to be displayed in the subsequent email and choose the image format for sharing the report, including dashboard screenshots or chart screenshots.

    • Email/DingTalk Bot: By default, the dashboard content is exported as an image. If the data query time range of the dashboard is too long, the data volume is too large, or it contains complex calculations, the chart may display as blank.

    • WeCom Bot: Supports default mode and image mode (in this mode, only images can be shared, text cannot be sent, and the image size should be limited to 2MB).

Sharing Method

  1. Choose whether to share the report publicly or not.

    • Public sharing: Select the short link of the publicly shared report, which can be opened directly.

    • Encrypted sharing: Set a 4~8 character alphanumeric sharing code. After setting, the sharing code must be correctly entered to open the report link.

  2. Select the effective time of the shared report, including 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, or permanently valid (default).

Manage Reports
