Guance Billing Center Account Deletion Notice¶
【Special Notice】Deleting your Guance Billing Center account is an irreversible operation. After account deletion, you will no longer be able to log in to the Guance Billing Center using this account, and all your data in the Guance Billing Center will be deleted and cannot be recovered (even if you use the same email or phone number to register and use the Guance Billing Center again).
The Guance Billing Center Account Deletion Terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") govern your voluntary deletion of your Guance Billing Center account (domestic domain: boss.guance.com; overseas domain: bill.guance.one) and related matters.
Please make sure to read, understand, and agree to all the contents of these Terms before submitting your account deletion request. If you have any questions, please contact Guance customer service.
From the moment you submit your account deletion request, Guance will review your application according to these Terms and related prompts. For applications that meet the account deletion conditions, Guance will initiate the account deletion process, which is irreversible. For applications that do not meet the account deletion conditions, Guance will notify you of the review result, and the account deletion process will be automatically terminated. You can reapply for account deletion after handling the corresponding conditions.
1. Account Deletion Conditions¶
1.1 The Guance Billing Center account to be deleted has no bound workspaces, or the bound workspaces have been disbanded and released.
1.2 The Guance Billing Center account to be deleted has no outstanding debts, including cash, stored value cards, or vouchers.
1.3 The Guance Billing Center account to be deleted has no unpaid bills.
1.4 The Guance Billing Center account to be deleted has no unpaid taxes or other obligations that should be fulfilled according to laws and regulations.
1.5 The Guance Billing Center account to be deleted has not violated any laws or agreements with Guance as of the date of the deletion request, or has reached an agreement with Guance on related matters.
2. Account Deletion Process¶
2.1 Customer Self-Check
Before submitting your account deletion request, please check whether the account meets the deletion conditions stipulated in Section 1 of these Terms. Otherwise, your account deletion process may be terminated due to failure to meet the deletion conditions.
2.2 Deletion Method
You can apply to delete your account by contacting Guance customer service through the Guance Billing Center [Work Order] - [Submit Work Order], and selecting [Delete Account] in the [Work Order Type].
2.3 Account Check
Upon receiving the deletion request, Guance will check your account to verify whether it meets the deletion conditions.
- Check Passed: For applications that meet the Guance Billing Center account deletion conditions, Guance will initiate the account deletion process.
Note: Guance only conducts a preliminary and formal review of your account deletion conditions. Guance's determination that you meet the deletion conditions does not mean that Guance substantially recognizes or waives any rights it should enjoy according to law or agreement, nor does it mean that all your account behaviors and related responsibilities before the account deletion are exempted or mitigated, including but not limited to any outstanding debts, pending payments, unpaid taxes, etc. under the account to be deleted.
- Check Failed: For applications that do not meet the Guance Billing Center account deletion conditions, the account deletion process will be automatically terminated and will not be automatically restored. If you wish to continue with the deletion, you should reapply for account deletion.
2.4 Account Deletion
After the Guance Billing Center account check is passed, Guance will initiate the account deletion process and delete your data in the Guance Billing Center, except as otherwise agreed in these Terms or required by laws, regulations, or national administrative and judicial authorities.
3. Consequences of Account Deletion¶
3.1 After account deletion, you will no longer be able to use the Guance Billing Center services through this account, including but not limited to:
- Logging in to the Guance Billing Center website using this account.
- Performing other operations that rely on this account's permissions.
- Retrieving account information, business data, consumption records, etc. under this account.
- Other services of the Guance Billing Center.
3.2 Account deletion does not mean that all your account behaviors and related responsibilities before the account deletion are exempted or mitigated.
3.3 As of the date of account deletion, Guance has provided services according to the contract and effective orders between the parties, and there is no breach of contract.
3.4 Guance will clear your data and will no longer collect, store, or use your personal information and other data, except as required by applicable laws or industry best practices, such as retaining invoice data for tax compliance, retaining transaction information between us and you to comply with e-commerce laws, etc.
3.5 The account balance, vouchers, stored value cards, etc. of the Guance Billing Center account will be invalidated and deleted.
3.6 Once the account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please back up all business information and data under the account. Guance will not be responsible for any data or information loss caused by this.
4. Others¶
4.1 These Terms form an inseparable part of the Guance Billing Center Service Agreement. Matters not covered in these Terms shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Guance Billing Center Service Agreement.
4.2 If your account deletion causes any loss to Guance, you shall compensate Guance for the loss and ensure that Guance, its directors, employees, agents, partners, and suppliers are exempt from any claims by third parties.
