Reminder: Before using any services provided by Guance, please read and thoroughly understand this notice.
You may choose not to use Guance services, but if you do, your use will be deemed as acceptance of all the contents of this notice. Guance refers to the website operated by Shanghai Guance Future Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guance"), with the domain name www.guance.com.
Given that some services provided by "Guance" belong to Bulletin Board System (BBS) services, the information on Guance about Guance members or their published content (including but not limited to user names, company names, contacts and contact information, related images, videos, etc.) is provided by the members themselves. Members are legally responsible for any information they provide. Any individual or organization that believes the content on Guance (including but not limited to product information published by Guance members) may infringe their legal rights should promptly submit a written notice of rights to "Guance", providing proof of identity, ownership, specific links (URL), and detailed proof of infringement. "Guance" will, upon receiving the aforementioned legal documents, promptly remove the allegedly infringing content in accordance with the law. Guance reposts works (including forum content) for the purpose of conveying more information, which does not mean that "Guance" (including "Guance" affiliated companies) agrees with their views or confirms the authenticity of their content.
Intellectual Property Statement¶
"Guance" owns the copyright of all information content on the Guance website (except for product information published by Guance members, including but not limited to text, images, software, audio, and video). Authorized browsing, copying, printing, and dissemination of the information content on the Guance website must not be used for commercial purposes, and all use of the information content and any part thereof must include this copyright notice; all products, technologies, and programs of Guance are the intellectual property of "Guance".
"Guance", other product service names of "Guance", and related graphics and logos are registered trademarks of "Guance". Without the permission of "Guance", no one may use them in any way (including but not limited to: illegal copying, dissemination, display, mirroring, uploading, downloading). Otherwise, "Guance" will pursue legal liability in accordance with the law.
Privacy Policy¶
"Guance" respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users who use Guance services. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, "Guance" will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy. However, "Guance" will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy, "Guance" will not disclose this information to the public or provide it to third parties without your prior permission.
"Guance" will update this privacy policy from time to time. By agreeing to the "Guance" service agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of this privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of the "Guance" service agreement.
Scope of Application¶

When you register a "Guance" account, the personal or organizational registration information you provide according to the requirements of "Guance";

When you use Guance services or visit Guance web pages, "Guance" automatically receives and records information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, and the web page records you need;

User personal data obtained by "Guance" through legal means from business partners.
You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this privacy policy:

Information you publish when using the BBS services provided by Guance;

Information you disclose when using the services provided by Guance;

Credit evaluations, violations of laws or "Guance" rules, and measures "Guance" has taken against you.
Information Use¶

"Guance" will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless prior permission is obtained from you, or the third party and "Guance" (including "Guance" affiliated companies) individually or jointly provide services to you, and after the service ends, they will be prohibited from accessing all such information, including what they were previously able to access;

"Guance" also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate your personal information by any means. Any Guance user found engaging in the above activities will have their service agreement terminated immediately by "Guance";

For the purpose of serving users, "Guance" may use your personal information to provide you with information of interest, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with "Guance" partners so they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent);

For "Guance" ICSP service customers, "Guance" will strictly keep confidential the relevant information, plans, and architectures obtained during cooperation, and will not share such information with other third parties unless specifically permitted by you.
Information Disclosure¶
Under the following circumstances, "Guance" will disclose your personal information in whole or in part according to your personal wishes or legal provisions:

With your prior consent, disclose to third parties;

If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, disclose to the respondent upon their request, so that both parties can handle possible rights disputes;

Disclose to third parties or administrative and judicial institutions in accordance with relevant legal provisions, or at the request of administrative or judicial institutions;

If you violate relevant Chinese laws, regulations, or the "Guance" service agreement or related rules, disclose to third parties;

To provide the products and services you request, it is necessary to share your personal information with third parties;

In a transaction created on Guance, if any party to the transaction fulfills or partially fulfills the transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, "Guance" has the right to provide the user with the contact information of the other party to the transaction and other necessary information to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of disputes;

Other disclosures that "Guance" deems appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations, or website policies.
Information Storage and Exchange¶
The information and data collected by "Guance" about you will be stored on the servers of "Guance" and/or its affiliated companies, and may be transmitted to your country, region, or the location where "Guance" collects information and data, and accessed, stored, and displayed overseas.

Information Security¶

Please keep your account and password information safe. "Guance" will ensure that your information is not lost, misused, or altered through measures such as backing up to other servers and encrypting user passwords. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there are no absolutely perfect security measures on the information network;

When using Guance services for online transactions, you will inevitably disclose your personal information to the other party or potential parties to the transaction, such as contact information or email address. Please protect your personal information and only provide it to others when necessary. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially if your Guance account and password have been compromised, please contact "Guance" customer service immediately so that "Guance" can take appropriate measures.

Customers can log in to the Guance console through a browser and cancel their Guance account in [Account Management]. Please refer to the "Guance Account Cancellation Notice". Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, after account cancellation, your information will be deleted from Guance and cannot be recovered, so please proceed with caution.
Special Notes for Minors¶
If you are not a natural person with full civil rights and full civil capacity, you are not entitled to use "Guance" services, so "Guance" hopes that you do not provide us with any personal information.
Updates to the Privacy Policy¶
