Please note: Before using any services of Guance, you must carefully read and thoroughly understand this statement.

You can choose not to use Guance services, but if you use Guance services, your usage will be regarded as acknowledgment of all the contents of this statement. Guance refers to the website operated by Shanghai Guance Future Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Guance”), with the domain name {{ no such element: super_collections.SuperDict object['brand_name_main_domain'] }}.

Given that some services provided by “Guance” fall under electronic bulletin board (BBS) services, the information on Guance members or their published content (including but not limited to user names, company names, contacts and contact information, related images, videos, etc.) is provided by the members themselves, and members are legally responsible for any information they provide. Any entity or individual who believes that the web page content of Guance (including but not limited to the commodity information posted by Guance members) may infringe upon their legitimate rights should promptly submit a written notice of rights to “Guance” along with identity proof, ownership proof, specific link (URL), and detailed evidence of infringement. “Guance” will remove the suspected infringing content as soon as possible upon receipt of these legal documents. Reproduced works (including forum content) by Guance are intended to convey more information and do not imply approval of its views or confirmation of the authenticity of its content by “Guance” (including associated companies of “Guance”).

Intellectual Property Statement

“Guance” owns the copyright of all information content on the Guance website (except for commodity information posted by Guance members, including but not limited to text, images, software, audio, video). Authorized browsing, copying, printing, and distribution of information content within Guance must not be used for commercial purposes, and all information content and any part of it must include this copyright statement; all products, technologies, and programs of “Guance” belong to the intellectual property rights of “Guance”.

“Guance”, “Guance” other product service names, and related graphics, logos, etc., are registered trademarks of “Guance”. Without the permission of “Guance”, no one shall use them arbitrarily (including but not limited to illegal reproduction, dissemination, display, mirroring, uploading, downloading). Otherwise, “Guance” will pursue legal responsibility.

Privacy Policy

“Guance” respects and protects the personal privacy of all users of Guance services. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, “Guance” will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy. However, “Guance” will treat this information with high diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy, “Guance” will not disclose this information externally or provide it to third parties without your prior consent.

“Guance” will update this privacy policy from time to time. By agreeing to the “Guance” service agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of this privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of the “Guance” service agreement.

Scope of Application

  1. Personal or organizational registration information you provide when registering for a “Guance” account as required by “Guance”;

  2. When you use Guance services or visit Guance web pages, “Guance” automatically receives and records information from your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, type of browser, language used, access date and time, hardware and software feature information, and the web page records you request;

  3. User personal data obtained by “Guance” through legal channels from business partners.

You understand and agree that the following information does not apply to this privacy policy:

  1. Information you post while using the BBS services provided by Guance;

  2. Information you publicly disclose while using the services provided by Guance;

  3. Credit evaluations, violations of laws or regulations, or violations of “Guance” rules and the measures already taken by “Guance” against you.

Use of Information

  1. “Guance” will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any irrelevant third party unless previously authorized by you, or the third party and “Guance” (including associated companies of “Guance”) jointly provide services to you, and after such services end, they will be prohibited from accessing all the data they were previously able to access;

  2. “Guance” also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or freely disseminate your personal information. Any Guance user engaging in such activities will, once discovered, result in “Guance” immediately terminating the service agreement with that user;

  3. For the purpose of serving users, “Guance” may use your personal information to provide you with information of interest, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with “Guance” partners so they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requiring your prior consent);

  4. For “Guance” ICSP service customers, “Guance” will strictly keep confidential any relevant information, solutions, architectures, etc., obtained during cooperation with you. Unless specially permitted by you, “Guance” will not share such information with other third parties.

Disclosure of Information

In the following situations, “Guance” will disclose your personal information in whole or in part based on your personal preference or legal requirements:

  1. With your prior consent, disclosure to a third party;

  2. If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, disclosure to the complainant at their request to resolve potential disputes;

  3. Disclosure to a third party or administrative or judicial authorities as required by law or by administrative or judicial institutions;

  4. If you violate relevant laws and regulations of China or the “Guance” service agreement or related rules, disclosure to a third party is necessary;

  5. To provide the products and services you require, it is necessary to share your personal information with a third party;

  6. In a transaction created on Guance, if either party fulfills or partially fulfills the transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, “Guance” has the right to decide whether to provide the necessary contact information of the transaction counterpart to the user to facilitate the completion of the transaction or resolution of disputes;

  7. Other disclosures deemed appropriate by “Guance” based on laws, regulations, or website policies.

Information Storage and Exchange

Information and data collected by “Guance” regarding you will be stored on the servers of “Guance” and/or its associated companies. These information and data may be transmitted to countries, regions, or locations outside your location where “Guance” collects information and data, and may be accessed, stored, and displayed outside your country.

Use of Cookies

  1. If you do not refuse cookies, “Guance” will set or access cookies on your computer to enable you to log in or use cookie-dependent Guance services or features. “Guance” uses cookies to provide more thoughtful personalized services, including promotional services;

  2. You have the right to choose to accept or reject cookies. You can refuse cookies by modifying your browser settings. However, if you choose to reject cookies, you may not be able to log in or use cookie-dependent Guance services or features;

  3. Information obtained through cookies set by “Guance” will be subject to this policy.

Information Security

  1. Please properly manage your account and password information. “Guance” will ensure the security of your information through measures such as backing up to other servers and encrypting user passwords to prevent loss, misuse, and tampering. Despite these security measures, please also note that there are no absolutely perfect security measures on the information network;

  2. When using Guance services for online transactions, you inevitably need to disclose your personal information to the counterparty or potential counterparty, such as contact details or email addresses. Please properly protect your personal information and only provide it to others in necessary circumstances. If you discover that your personal information has been leaked, especially if your Guance account and password have been leaked, please immediately contact “Guance” customer service so that “Guance” can take corresponding measures.

  3. Customers can log into the Guance console via their browsers and proceed to account management to cancel their Guance accounts. Please refer to Guance Account Cancellation Notice. Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, after account cancellation, your information will be deleted from Guance and cannot be recovered. Please operate with caution.

Special Notes for Minors

If you are not a natural person with full civil rights capacity and full civil conduct capacity, you are not authorized to use “Guance” services, so we hope you do not provide us with any personal information.

Updates to the Privacy Policy

  1. Our privacy policy may be revised.

  2. Without your explicit consent, we will not restrict your rights under this privacy policy. We will post any revisions to the privacy policy on a dedicated page.

  3. For significant revisions, we will provide more prominent notices (for certain services, we will notify through website announcements explaining the specific changes to the privacy policy).

  4. Significant changes covered by this policy include but are not limited to:

  5. Major changes in our service model, such as the purpose of processing user information, types of user information processed, methods of using user information, etc.;
