Guance Account Cancellation Notice


[Special Reminder] The cancellation of the Guance account is an irreversible operation. After the account cancellation:

  • The account will not be able to log in to the Guance workspace
  • The association between the account and workspace will be cleared and cannot be retrieved (even if you use the same email, phone to re-register and use Guance)
  • Unresolved tickets submitted by the account will be closed within 7 working days

The Guance account cancellation terms (hereinafter referred to as "these terms") constrain your voluntary cancellation of your Guance (domestic domain: www.guance.com ; overseas domain: www.guance.one ) account and related matters.

Please read, understand, and agree to all the contents of these terms before submitting an account cancellation application. If you have any questions, please contact Guance customer service.

From the moment you submit an account cancellation application, Guance will check your application according to these terms and related tips. For applications that meet the Guance account cancellation conditions, Guance will initiate the account cancellation process, which cannot be withdrawn. For those that do not meet the Guance account cancellation conditions, Guance will notify you of the check results and the account cancellation procedure will automatically terminate. You can apply for account cancellation after completing the corresponding condition handling.

I. Conditions for Account Cancellation

  1. The Guance account to be cancelled does not have a workspace, or is not the owner of the workspace.

  2. The Guance account to be cancelled does not have unpaid taxes and other obligations required by laws and regulations;

  3. The Guance account to be cancelled has not violated any laws or agreements with Guance until the day of application for cancellation, or has reached an agreement with Guance on related matters.

II. Account Cancellation Process

  1. Customer self-check

Before you submit an account cancellation application, please check whether you meet the account cancellation conditions stipulated in Article 1 of these terms, otherwise your account cancellation procedure may be terminated due to not meeting the cancellation conditions.

  1. Cancellation Method

You can log in to the Guance console through your browser and cancel your account in "Account Management".

  1. Account Check

Guance will check your cancellation conditions upon receiving the cancellation request and verify whether your account meets the cancellation conditions.

  • Check is passed: i.e., the application that meets the Guance account cancellation conditions, Guance will start the account cancellation process.

Note:

Guance only conducts a preliminary and formal review of your account cancellation conditions. Guance believes that you meet the cancellation conditions, it does not mean that Guance substantially approves or gives up the rights that should be enjoyed according to law or agreement, nor does it mean that all account behaviors and related responsibilities before account cancellation are exempted or reduced, including but not limited to any arrears, pending payments, unpaid taxes, etc. under the account to be cancelled.

  • Check is not passed: i.e., the application that does not meet the Guance account cancellation conditions, the account cancellation procedure will automatically terminate and will not automatically recover. If you wish to continue to cancel, you should re-apply for account cancellation.

  • Account Cancellation

After the Guance account check is passed, Guance will start the account cancellation process, delete your data on Guance, except as otherwise provided in this article or in accordance with laws, regulations or requirements of national administrative judicial enforcement agencies.

III. Results of Account Cancellation

  1. After the account is cancelled, you will not be able to use the Guance service through this account, including but not limited to:

  2. Using this account to log in to the Guance website, APP, etc.;

  3. Carry out other operations that depend on the permissions of this account;
  4. Retrieve the account information, business data, etc. under this account;
  5. Other services of Guance.

  6. Account cancellation does not mean that all account behaviors and related responsibilities before the cancellation of the account are exempted or reduced.

  7. As of the date of account cancellation, Guance has provided services in accordance with the contract and effective order agreement between the two parties, and there is no breach of contract.

  8. Guance will clear your data and has no right to continue to collect, store and use your personal information and other data, except as otherwise required by applicable legal norms or industry best practices, such as: retaining corresponding invoice data for tax compliance, retaining our transaction information with you in compliance with e-commerce laws, etc.

  9. Once the account is cancelled, it cannot be retrieved. Please back up all business information and data under your account. Guance will not be responsible for any data or information loss caused by this.

IV. Others

  1. These terms constitute an integral part of the "Guance Commercial Plan Service Agreement". For matters not covered by these terms, refer to the relevant provisions of the "Guance Commercial Plan Service Agreement".

  2. If the cancellation of your account causes loss to Guance, you should compensate Guance for the loss caused by this, and protect Guance and its directors, employees, agents, partners, suppliers from any third-party claims.
