Overview

Overview is the core entry point of Guance Cloud Cost Management. It integrates the two perspectives of Cost Analysis and Budget Analysis, helping you fully understand cloud resource consumption trends and budget execution status.

When you open the Overview page, you will first see the core metric cards at the top to quickly understand your cost summary. Switch between the sub-tabs below to view billing consumption details or budget execution trends.

Top KPI Area

The top of the page displays 6 core metrics, helping you get a complete picture of your costs in 10 seconds:

Metric Description
Account cost Total cumulative consumption in the current period
Discount amount Difference between the official price and the amount actually paid
Cash payment Amount paid from the cash account
Credit limit Amount paid using the credit limit
Voucher Amount offset by vouchers
Budget status Summary of health status for active budgets, including Normal, Warning, Expected Overrun, and Over Budget

Click any billing metric card to jump to the Cloud Billing Explorer for drill-down analysis. Click the Budget Status card to jump to the Budget List page.

Note
  • Billing metric data is current through yesterday at 24:00 and does not include current-day consumption.
  • Budget status only counts the four types of active budgets: Normal, Warning, Expected Overrun, and Over Budget. Disabled budgets are not counted.

Budget Analysis Tab

Switch to the Budget Analysis tab to access the overview entry point for budget management, quickly identify budget risks, and trace alert history.

Budget Cost Trend

Displays the cumulative consumption trend of a single budget within the current period. The solid line represents cumulative actual consumption, the dashed line represents projected consumption from the current date to the end of the period, with the budget limit line (100%) and warning threshold line (e.g., 80%) overlaid.

  • Budget selector: The dropdown at the top lists all active budgets, sorted by risk status (Over Budget > Expected Overrun > Warning > Normal).
  • Bottom metric bar: Displays the budget limit, warning threshold, current usage, and projected end-of-period consumption.

Forecast results are updated daily and are provided for budget judgment reference only. When no forecast is available, the chart does not display the forecast line, and the projected end-of-period value shows "—".

Note

Disabled budgets do not appear in the selector.

Budget Utilization Ranking

Shows the execution progress of all active budgets, helping you quickly identify over-budget or expected overrun risks.

Status Condition
Over Budget Actual utilization rate ≥ 100%
Expected Overrun Projected end-of-period consumption reaches or exceeds the budget amount
Warning Actual utilization rate reaches the alert threshold, or projected end-of-period consumption reaches 90% of the budget
Normal Neither current consumption nor forecast results meet the reminder conditions

Click any budget row to jump to the detail page of that budget.

Recent Alerts

The table shows the most recently triggered budget alert records (up to 10), including actual consumption reminders, forecast reminders, and combined reminders. When actual consumption and forecast results meet the reminder conditions at the same time, only one record is displayed, and both reasons are described in the same record.

Click any alert row to jump to the corresponding budget detail page and locate the alert history module.
