Incident Auto-Analysis¶

In Incident > Configuration Management, you can enable the "Incident Auto-Analysis" feature. Once enabled, the system will automatically invoke the Obsy AI AI to analyze each new incident, and the analysis results will be appended to the collaboration records of that incident.

This feature calculates Obsy AI AI credit consumption based on the actual number of executions.

Prerequisites¶

This feature is only available for workspaces that have subscribed to the Obsy AI AI Intelligent Service. If needed, the workspace Owner can subscribe to this service in Management > Subscription.

Enabling and Disabling the Feature¶

Locate the Incident Auto-Analysis configuration item and click the toggle switch to enable or disable it.

• After enabling, the system automatically performs AI analysis on newly generated incidents, and the analysis results are written to the collaboration records of the corresponding incident.
• After disabling, automatic analysis is no longer performed on new incidents, and previously generated analysis results are retained.
