Incident Auto-Analysis¶
In Incident Center > Configuration Management, you can enable the "Incident Auto-Analysis" feature. Once enabled, each new incident will automatically trigger Obsy AI analysis, and the analysis results will be appended to the collaboration records of that incident.
This feature consumes Obsy AI credits based on the number of actual executions.
Enabling and Disabling the Feature¶
Locate the Incident Auto-Analysis configuration item and toggle the switch to enable or disable it.
- When enabled, the system automatically performs AI analysis on newly generated incidents, and the analysis results are written to the corresponding incident's collaboration records.
- When disabled, automatic analysis for new incidents stops, and previously generated analysis results are retained.
Note
- Auto-analysis only applies to new incidents generated after the feature is enabled; historical incidents are not retroactively analyzed.
- Each auto-analysis execution consumes Obsy AI credits based on actual usage.
