This document explains the main product terminology used in the Guance Billing Center.

Description |

| Guance Account | An account used to log in to Guance workspaces. One account can be associated with multiple workspaces. |
| Workspace | The basic operational unit of Guance. Users can join one or more workspaces by creating or being invited, and then use the various features provided by Guance within the workspace. |
| Billing Center Account | An independent account used to manage billing related to the Guance Commercial Plan. One Billing Center account can be associated with the billing of multiple workspaces. |
| Cloud Account | Supports binding AWS accounts, Alibaba Cloud accounts, and Huawei Cloud accounts for billing settlement. |
| Payment Method | Supports four payment methods: Guance Billing Center account, AWS account, Alibaba Cloud account, and Huawei Cloud account. |
| Cash Balance | The remaining available amount after online top-up or offline wire transfer. |
| Voucher | A form of credit granted to customers by Guance in the form of virtual coupons, which can be used to offset the purchase cost of Guance services. |
| Prepaid Card | A prepaid card that can be used to purchase Guance services within its validity period. The minimum face value is 100 yuan, with no upper limit on the maximum face value. Please contact your sales representative for purchase and follow-up matters. |
| Pay-as-you-go | Pay-as-you-go (also known as postpaid) charges you based on the actual amount of data generated in your workspace each day. Guance generates bills on a daily basis. The deduction order for pay-as-you-go bills is: regular voucher, conditional voucher, prepaid card, cash, prepaid card balance (negative balance arrears). |
| Site | Guance supports creating and using workspaces across multiple sites. Member accounts and workspace data in different sites are independent of each other. |
