Delete Index¶

POST /api/v1/log_index_cfg/delete

Overview¶

Deletes an index. When you delete source index A, which has a clone index B, B is promoted to a regular index. When deleteCloneIndex=true, both A and B are deleted; if B does not exist or B is deleted directly, only the target is deleted.

Body Request Parameters¶

deleteCloneIndex	boolean		Whether to also delete the clone index. Defaults to `false`; when disabled, A is deleted and B is promoted. Allowed to be empty: False
cfgUUID	string	Y	Configuration UUID Allowed to be empty: False

Parameter Notes¶

A/B's matching conditions are converted to advanced conditions and merged into B with AND; B retains its UUID, name, and its own configuration, and the source relationship is cleared.
