Voucher Distribution

Direct distribution: Vouchers are directly credited to your Billing Center account. You can log in to the Billing Center > Account Overview > Voucher Balance to view them.

Voucher Use Cases

Vouchers are only applicable to the Guance Commercial Plan.

Can an invoice be issued for the amount paid by vouchers?

Invoices cannot be issued for amounts paid by vouchers.

Can vouchers be refunded or exchanged after use?

Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once used.
