Billing Management¶

Guance Billing Center bills monthly. In Billing Management, it includes monthly bills, consumption details, income and expenditure details, coupon details, and prepaid card detail management.

Monthly Bills¶

In Guance Billing Center, click Monthly Bills to view all detailed consumption records by month. Click Export to export the current bill list information.

Note: Last month's bill is generated after the 3rd day of the next month.

Consumption Details¶

In Guance Billing Center, click Consumption Details to view daily detailed consumption records. It supports viewing daily detailed consumption records based on the selected billing period. Click Export to export the current consumption record list information.

Note: The previous day's bill is finalized early in the morning of the next day, including various consumption types such as pay-as-you-go and annual packages.

Income and Expenditure Details¶

In Guance Billing Center, click Income and Expenditure Details to view changes in account balances, including cash, coupons, and prepaid cards increases and decreases. It supports viewing account balance changes based on the selected transaction time range. Click Export to export the current account balance change list information.

Coupons¶

In Guance Billing Center, click Coupons to view activated coupon details. Coupon balances will gradually decrease as consumption occurs.
