Account Wallet¶
Guance Billing Center account is a dedicated account used to manage billing-related usage of Guance products. A billing center account can be associated with multiple workspace billings. In the Guance Billing Center, you can perform cash top-ups, manage vouchers, and manage prepaid cards.
Note:
- If choosing Guance Billing Center account settlement, the deduction order for Guance pay-as-you-go bills will be: standard vouchers, discount vouchers, prepaid cards, cash, and prepaid card balance (negative value due to arrears); SMS and testing pay-as-you-go consumption can only use cash or prepaid cards/prepaid card balances.
- If choosing cloud account settlement, the deduction order for Guance pay-as-you-go bills will be: standard vouchers, discount vouchers, prepaid cards, and cloud account cash balance. SMS and testing pay-as-you-go consumption can only use prepaid cards and cloud account cash balance.
Cash Management¶
Cash balance refers to the remaining available amount after topping up online or offline via wire transfer. By subscribing to Guance Commercial Plan, you can recharge your account in the Guance Billing Center.
Recharge¶
In the Guance workspace Billing, click on the top-right corner Enter Billing Center to access the Guance Billing Center for account recharging; or directly in the Guance workspace Billing, click Recharge to add funds to your account.
Online Recharge¶
- On the Guance Billing Center recharge page, enter the desired recharge amount, choose the payment method as Alipay, then click Recharge.
- At the Alipay checkout, scan the QR code with your phone to make the payment.
- After a successful payment, you will automatically return to the merchant's site.
- After a successful recharge, you will automatically return to the Guance Billing Center, where the cash balance will increase by the recharged amount. If there are any issues, you can submit a ticket in the support center for assistance.
Offline Wire Transfer¶
On the Guance Billing Center recharge page, select the payment method as Offline Wire Transfer, and directly transfer funds according to the bank account information provided on the page. Guance Billing Center will promptly process the recharge upon receiving the wire transfer.
Voucher Management¶
Vouchers can be used for Guance pay-as-you-go charges and cloud account deductions. They are divided into standard vouchers and discount vouchers. Standard vouchers can be obtained through allocation, while discount vouchers are automatically distributed when purchasing prepaid cards to a certain extent using cash.
Note: Prepaid cards cannot be refunded once purchased. For more details, please visit the Guance official website’s corporate customer discount plan and contact the sales advisor for purchase.
Activate Vouchers¶
There are two ways to activate vouchers: one is for the Guance Billing Center administrator to directly activate vouchers to a designated account in the backend; the other is for enterprises to activate vouchers directly in the Guance Billing Center after receiving them.
In the Guance Billing Center, click Manage Vouchers > Activate Vouchers, enter the voucher activation code, and confirm submission.
After successfully submitting the activation code, you can view the activated voucher face value, current balance, status, activation time, etc., in the voucher management section.
Note: Vouchers must be used within their validity period. Once expired, they cannot be used further.
