Official Rule Library¶
Guance provides a built-in sensitive data identification rule library, covering common sensitive data types (ID numbers, bank card numbers, phone numbers, etc.), helping you quickly enable data protection.
Go to the Create > Official Rule Library page:
- The left side lists all rule types, categorized by data type (e.g., Personal Identity Information, Financial Information, Contact Information, etc.)
- The rule list on the right displays all detection rule templates under the selected type.
Reuse Rules¶
- Select a rule type on the left, or browse all rules on the right.
- Check the detection rules you want to reuse (multiple selection is supported).
- Click the Create button.
After entering the creation page, the Define Matching Rules area is automatically collapsed (using the official preset regular expressions). You can expand it to view rule details. After confirming everything is correct, click Save.
If adjustments are needed, you can switch to Custom Create to modify the regular expression.
After successful creation, view all enabled rules on the Scanning Rules Management page.
Manage Rule Library¶
For the official rule library, you can perform the following operations:
- In the left detection library, checking specific rule libraries enables corresponding filtering.
- By selecting multiple detection rules, you can batch create multiple data rules.
- View Details: Click the rule name to view detailed configurations such as the regular expression and masking method.
