Obsy AI


Obsy AI is the intelligent assistant of the Guance platform, integrating various intelligent service capabilities of the platform. Through natural language interaction, you can quickly answer product usage questions, summarize alert information, analyze abnormal data, or generate dashboards and parsing rules via AI. The platform also provides Obsy Agent Teams, supporting multi-agent collaboration to complete complex operational tasks.

Enable Obsy AI

Click the Obsy AI icon in the top navigation bar of the platform to expand the intelligent assistant drawer on the right side. You can invoke the assistant on any page and switch pages or operate the navigation bar at any time. Click the icon again to collapse the drawer.

The top of the drawer provides an entry for Obsy Agent Teams. Clicking it will jump to the Agent collaboration cluster homepage.

The drawer supports the following operations:

  • New Conversation: Click the + button to start a brand new conversation session.
  • History Conversations: Click the history conversation icon to view, continue, or manage past conversation records.
  • Enlarge/Shrink: Click the enlarge icon to expand the drawer to full screen, facilitating the viewing of complex content. Click again to restore the default width.
  • Close: Click the close icon to collapse the drawer. The current conversation content will be retained.

History Conversations

Obsy AI supports saving and managing history conversations, allowing you to review and continue previous analyses at any time.

Click the history conversation icon at the top of the assistant drawer to open the history conversation list. The list is sorted in reverse chronological order by the last update time, displaying the title and the last update time of each conversation.

In the history conversation list, you can:

  • Continue Asking: Click on a history conversation to restore its context in the current session and continue asking questions.
  • Rename: Modify the conversation title for easier future identification.
  • Delete: Remove history conversations that are no longer needed.
Note
  • History conversations are isolated at the workspace + user level and are only visible to you personally.
  • History conversations are saved for a maximum of 30 days and will be automatically cleaned up after that period.
