Register for Free Plan¶
Under the Free Plan (Beijing) Node of Guance, you can apply to register for the Free Plan.

Start Registration¶

Define a name;

Set and confirm the login password;

Enter the email and phone number, and fill in the verification code sent;

Determine the workspace name;

Enter your company name and your position;
-
Select the purpose of the application;

Agree to the terms;
-
Click "Apply".
After the application is completed, the system will complete the review within 12 hours, and the result will be sent to your email. Please check your inbox.
If the review is approved, you can enter the Free Plan workspace through the login link in the email.
Why might the review result fail?
Generally, the following situations may cause the review to fail:

The email (or phone number) used during the application has already been registered with a Guance account;

The submitted registration information (such as company name, contact information, etc.) is incomplete.
When is no review required?
If you join someone else's workspace through an invitation link, after registering the account, you can join directly without waiting for a review.
Limitations of the Free Plan workspace after successful registration

After the account is successfully registered, only the creation of a Free Plan workspace is supported;

Each user can join multiple workspaces but can only create 1 workspace (i.e., act as the Owner of the workspace);

Each workspace supports up to 5 members;

The Free Plan workspace does not support dissolution, and the Owner permissions cannot be transferred.
