How is Guance charged?

How can workspaces under the domestic site use USD for settlement?

Under the domestic site, how can Free Plan directly upgrade to Commercial Plan and use USD for settlement?

You can go to Billing Center > Workspace Management > Bind workspace entry to directly bind and upgrade. After upgrading, if you need to switch the currency for settlement, please contact your account manager.

Under the domestic site, how can Commercial Plan switch from CNY to USD settlement?

How can workspaces under Hong Kong and overseas sites use RMB for settlement?

Under Hong Kong and overseas sites, how can Free Plan directly upgrade to Commercial Plan and use RMB for settlement?

You can visit the overseas Billing Center > Workspace Management > Bind workspace entry to directly bind and upgrade. After upgrading, if you need to change the currency for settlement, please contact your account manager.

What is the difference between Guance Billing Center account settlement and cloud account settlement?

What is any account settlement?

Any account settlement means when changing the settlement method in Guance Billing Center, you can choose any cloud account for settlement regardless of registration site restrictions. For example, if your account was registered on the "Mainland China 1 (Hangzhou)" site, it defaults to Alibaba Cloud account settlement, but if you have enabled any account settlement, you can choose "AWS account settlement".

To enable this feature, please contact your account manager.

How do I change the settlement method?

In Guance Billing Center, go to Workspace Management, then select Change Settlement Method.

How do I recharge?

  • If you are using Guance Billing Center account settlement, you can recharge your Guance Billing Center account via cash payment, purchasing vouchers, or prepaid cards;

  • If you are using cloud account settlement, you can recharge directly in the cloud account.

How do I view billing details?

Guance Billing Center provides bill management, including monthly bills, consumption details, income and expenditure records, voucher usage, and prepaid card details.

How can only financial personnel be granted payment and billing permissions?

This will work in conjunction with the Member Management function in Guance workspace.

Go to Management > Member Management > Role Management > Add Role, name the role as 【Finance】, and select the permission 【Billing and Payment Plans】:

When inviting target members, assign this role to the member upon joining:

If the target member is already in the current workspace, you can directly edit their role under Management > Member Management.
