What is the difference between Guance Billing Center account settlement and cloud account settlement?¶
- Guance Billing Center Account Settlement: Directly recharge and settle in the Guance Billing Center. You can recharge your Guance Billing Center account through cash recharge, purchasing vouchers, or prepaid cards.
- Cloud Account Settlement: Directly recharge and settle through the corresponding cloud provider account.
What is arbitrary account settlement?¶
Arbitrary account settlement means that when you change the settlement method in the Guance Billing Center, you are not restricted by the registration site and can choose any cloud account for settlement. For example, if your account is registered in the "China Region 1 (Hangzhou)" site, the default settlement method is Alibaba Cloud account settlement. However, if arbitrary account settlement is enabled, you can choose "Amazon Cloud account settlement."

How to change the settlement method?¶
You can go to the Guance Billing Center Workspace Management and select Change Settlement Method.
How to recharge?¶
- If you use the Guance Billing Center account settlement, you can recharge your Guance Billing Center account through cash recharge, purchasing vouchers, or prepaid cards.
- If you use cloud account settlement, you can directly recharge in the cloud account.

How to view billing details?¶
The Guance Billing Center provides billing management, including monthly bills, consumption details, income and expenditure details, voucher details, and prepaid card details.

How to grant billing and payment processing permissions only to enterprise finance personnel?¶
This will be linked to the Guance Workspace > Member Management feature.
Go to Management > Member Management > Role Management > Add Role, name the role "Finance," and select the Billing permission:
When Inviting Target Members, choose to assign this role to the member upon joining:
If the target member is already in the current workspace, you can directly edit the role in Management > Member Management.
