Guance Mobile SDK Privacy Policy¶

This confidentiality agreement is a valid contract binding on both parties between Shanghai Guance Future Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guance Future"), the operator of Guance, and the user. This privacy policy aims to help you understand what information this application collects, the purposes for collecting this information, and how this information is protected.

Scope of Application¶

This policy applies to Guance SDK products and services.

What Personal Information is Collected, How It is Collected, and Its Purposes¶

Device Information¶

We collect current device attribute information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, device configuration, unique device identifier (Android ID), International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI), network device hardware address MAC, advertising identifier IDFA), and device connection information (carrier information, language information). We may combine this information with natural person information to provide you with consistent services on these devices.

Network Information¶

Network information refers to IP address, WiFi information, and base station information. Collecting this information is used to identify users and accurately depict user profiles.

Application Information¶

Application information refers to application crash information and application logs. Collecting this information is to improve user experience, optimize application performance, and locate application lag, errors, and other issues.

Application Permission Usage Description¶

Cookies and Similar Technologies¶

1. After logging in, this application will cache the user's login identity token for the next login, with a validity period of 7 days, calculated from the time the application is not logged in.

2. Due to business requirements, the embedded web pages in this application adopt the same Cookie usage rules as this agreement.

Information Usage¶

1. Guance Future will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless prior permission is obtained from you, or the third party and Guance Future (including Guance Future affiliates) individually or jointly provide services to you, and after the service ends, it will be prohibited from accessing all such information that it was previously able to access;

2. Guance Future also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate your personal information by any means. Any Guance user found engaging in the above activities, once discovered, Guance Future has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user;

3. For Guance Future ICSP service customers, Guance Future will strictly keep confidential the relevant information, solutions, architectures, etc. obtained in cooperation with you. Unless with your special permission, Guance Future will not share such information with other third parties.

Information Disclosure¶

In the following cases, Guance Future will disclose your personal information in whole or in part in accordance with your personal wishes or legal provisions:

1. With your prior consent, disclose to a third party;

2. If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, disclose to the respondent at the request of the respondent, so that both parties can handle possible rights disputes;

3. Disclose to a third party or administrative or judicial institutions in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law, or at the request of administrative or judicial institutions;

4. If you violate Chinese laws, regulations, or Guance Future service agreements or related rules, and need to disclose to a third party;

5. To provide the products and services you require, it is necessary to share your personal information with a third party;

6. In a transaction created on Guance, if any party to the transaction performs or partially performs the transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, Guance Future has the right to decide to provide the user with the contact information of the transaction counterpart and other necessary information to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of disputes;

7. Other disclosures that Guance Future considers appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations, or website policies.

Information Storage and Exchange¶

The information and data collected by Guance Future about you will be stored on the servers of Guance Future and/or its affiliated companies. This information and data may be transmitted to your country, region, or the location where Guance Future collects information and data, and may be accessed, stored, and displayed overseas.

Information Security¶

1. Please keep your account and password information properly. Guance Future will ensure that your information is not lost, misused, or altered through measures such as backing up to other servers and encrypting user passwords. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there is no absolutely perfect security measure on the information network;

2. When using Guance services for online transactions, you will inevitably disclose your personal information to the transaction counterpart or potential transaction counterpart, such as contact information or postal address. Please protect your personal information properly and only provide it to others when necessary. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially if your Guance account and password have been leaked, please contact Guance Future customer service immediately so that Guance Future can take corresponding measures;

3. Users cannot currently actively destroy their accounts. If you want to destroy your account, please contact Guance Future customer service. We will complete the account destruction within 10 working days from the date of receiving the destruction request. We will continue to save user information until the account is destroyed. After the account is destroyed, we will not commercially use your personal information.

Special Notes for Minors¶

If you are not a natural person with full civil rights capacity and full civil conduct capacity, you are not entitled to use Guance services. Therefore, Guance Future hopes that you do not provide us with any personal information.

Updates to the Privacy Policy¶

1. Our privacy policy may be revised;

2. Without your explicit consent, we will not limit the rights you should enjoy under this privacy policy. We will post any revisions to the privacy policy on a dedicated page;

3. For major revisions, we will also provide more prominent notices (including for certain services, we will notify through website announcements, explaining the specific changes to the privacy policy);

4. The major changes referred to in this policy include but are not limited to:

5. Major changes in our service mode. Such as the purpose of processing user information, the type of user information processed, the way user information is used, etc.;

6. Major changes in our control rights and organizational structure. Such as business adjustments, bankruptcy mergers, etc., leading to changes in ownership;
7. Major changes in the main objects of user information sharing, transfer, or public disclosure;
8. Major changes in your rights and their exercise methods in user information processing;
9. When the responsible department, contact information, and complaint channels for user information security change;
10. When the user information security impact assessment report indicates a high risk.
